Beautiful and spacious apartment very close to Kata Beach.

Pros: I really liked the spaciousness and modern apartment. It had lovely appliances and everything was neat and well-suited to the space. The balcony was huge and privacy was really good, despite the apartment block being quite full with tenants.

Cons: I didn't like that the drains in the bathrooms were extremely stinky, and despite cleaning the drains and toilet, the smell pervades the entire apartment. It is a result of poor sewerage and drainage by the municipality so not the fault of the owners but it was really quite nauseating at times. Another thing that can be improved was that there is no cleaning service offered, even at extra cost. We were 6 people, staying for 10 days and I had to clean floors, bathrooms every day. This is not pleasant when on holiday.

This place is like a home from home everything you need

Pros: The property is located in perfect place , roof top pool quiet with beautiful views , also small games like ping pong or trampoline. The owner of the condo olga was the most helpful and very polite , anything I needed she was there to help . The condo is nice and spacious, beds are comfy and all facilities work , shower good too , washing machine too . Outside the condo you can go left or right to one of the beautiful beaches with sun beds and jets skis . The is a small market for Thai street food and Australian steaks which is must try also many top restaurants too 2 minutes walk before seven eleven . The many or bars , coffee shops , massage parlour, what ever your need is within 2 minutes from condo . The dino golf is also a must do , recommend to go in evening when little cooler . I have loved my time and will be back , Thank you olga 🫶

Pros: Really good size and great location for both Kata Beach and Karon Beach. The building is modern and the rooftop pool is beautiful and well equipped. The views from the balcony/patio area were fab too.

Cons: It appears that the Thai people prefer a solid mattress but the single beds were really, very hard. We could not use them at all and one if us had to sleep on the sofa-bed which was considerably more comfortable!

Pros: Very good location. Nice coffee shop right outside (not Starbucks). Gym and pool on site. Olga is a very responsive host. I would recommend this place.

Pros: Really pleased with our stay. Property is true to photos and description. Clean and modern apartment in residential building. Kitchen is well equiped. Easy walk to kata and Karon beaches. Plenty of restaurants and other services nearby. Pool is lovely with a great view. Hosts are nice, very responsive and were quick to respond if we had an issues. Would recommend

Super friendly host, excellent apartment and great location.

Pros: Excellent location, good apartment well equipped. And on the 6th floor you can use a gym, infinity pool and trampoline.

Nice apartment next to amenities.

Pros: Location, size, cleanliness, appliances, swimming pool area.

Cons: There were some insects in the flat, but they are all over the country, so not much can be done about it. this is just to say something, the apartment is great.

Pros: Great apt and great house with a rooftop pool and view to die for. Communication was super clear and we had a great time staying here in a great location very close to the beach

Pros: Prime location. Minutes walk to the night market, the beach and other local shops! The property was clean. We were warmly welcomed. Olga made sure we had everything we needed and even made some recommendations for restaurants etc.

Pros: Everything. The location is great, with everything you need close by including two fantastic beaches. The facilities in the apartment and in the whole block are really good and well looked after. Large rooms. Plenty of storage. Good kitchen. Washing machine. Everything was there for a great week long family stay.

Cons: Nothing - maybe the hill up to the lobby!!! 😮‍💨
