Perfect stay Phuket

Pros: Perfect place in the perfect location. All the facilities you will ever need, quiet but close enough to Beach and town center.

Pros: I stayed at the Kata Beach Luxury Condo and made the booing via booking.com. It certainly was luxurious, no doubt about that, and the view from the ground floor balcony was beautiful. From there you also looked over the infinity pool below. The location of the apartment was excellent right between and within a very short walk of both Karon and Kata beaches. The apartment itself was fitted out to a really hight standard and had all the amenities and facilities you could wish for, plus more! I also have to say the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on. The support from the property contact was always on hand to answer any questions provide good advice. Didn't want to leave!

Fabulous apartment and pool in a great location

Pros: Really good location that is only a few minutes walk from the beach and all the main shops/restaurants are just at the bottom of the road. The host was really helpful. The pool was fabulous and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The view was lovely and we felt so relaxed. Although the apartment is on the street level, we felt safe as there was always staff at reception. Highly recommend

Cons: It wasn’t an issue for us as we have good mobility, but be aware the apartment is at the top of a steep hill

Pros: Visited Phuket a couple of time, but by far this was the perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Everything was just perfect, clean, all facilities available, great location and the host is over and beyond helpful, accommodating, and even arranged transportation from the airport with no hassle.

Pros: Die Lage war super, alles gut zu erreichen. Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super.

Cons: Manchmal hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im inneren und dadurch etwas muffiger Geruch. WLAN Signal war manchmal nur schwach vorhanden.

Pros: Большие, чистые апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Качественная мебель и техника. Вид на море, отличный бассейн. Хозяева были очень милы.

Cons: В спальне нет окон, кондиционер был слишком шумный для сна, поэтому было душно спать. Кроме того, из спальни слышно все, что происходит на лобби и на улице. Высокочастотный писк из отеля напротив поначалу сводил с ума.

Pros: Feels very homey and cozey. Have everything you would expect in your own home. Wonderful home.

Pros: The condo was clean,spacious, well furnished, with a nice ocean view. Great gas range setup allowed us to cook our own breakfast . The owner was very responsive and remained in communication to make sure check-in was good.

Cons: Not a dislike but know that this condo sits on top of a hill. We had no issues during our stay and didn't mind the walk.
