Lovely apartment, would stay again.

Pros: Great location, very close to 2 beaches and lots of places to eat nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, responding quickly to messages and providing advise where needed. The pool is really nice with a great view. Room is well kept and clean with washing machine and detergent as well as cooking utensils.

Cons: It is an apartment building which is great but wasn't aware we had to pay for electricity separately but wouldn't stop me booking it again.

Pros: Excellent accommodation and location. Very nice amenities

Cons: Extra charges on electricity, completely over the top and expensive. Jacuzzi in the pool does not work and staff were not available to help us out.

Cons: Bedroom curtains don't block the sunlight annoying during sleep and Cooking tools need to be replenished and not clean properly and the bathroom should be more Luxury and new

Family of 6 Stay

Pros: Great location, situated between both beaches and the famous food market. Owner and hotel manager both exceptional. Great excursions throughout Phuket.

Cons: The AstroTurf on the balcony floor was very annoying, as the particles come into the apartment whenever you go inside from the balcony, also the balcony flooding after rain should be looked into (drainage is expected). Staff should provide toilet tissue rather than hand towel.

Family friendly apartment

Pros: Wow, we loved our stay at Q Kata Residence! Perfect location and great facilities! If you are into fitness, the gym is well equipped and clean. Egor, the manager, was very welcoming and if we needed anything, he was quick to help. Definitely recommend Q Kata Residence if you are looking to stay in a self serviced apartment. (Note: you have to pay for your own electricity - as mentioned on Booking.com)

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

Pros: The apartment was in a great location, only minutes walk from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and having drinkable tap water (and plenty of bottled water provided too) was a nice touch. The pool was lovely and open late so we were able to have an evening swim one night which was gorgeous.

Cons: Our first apartment was really lovely overall but due to some maintenance issues (broken air con that couldn’t be fixed due to the Songkran holiday) we had to move to an apartment where the view and terrace were not quite as good (and we’d paid particularly for outside space and a view). In general, the maintenance could be better - there were lots of little things that were broken or missing (no pegs to hold the pool umbrellas up, missing plug hole covers, broken (but usable) toilet flush. Nothing major but for the price I would have expected a little better. It didn’t however detract from an overall lovely stay.
