Pros: Aya residence is in a good location near everything, Central department store, Golf course, Patong beach. The room is very new, clean, tidy and very quiet. Our unit is facing mountain view which is very nice. Staff is very helpful very responsive. We really enjoy our stay and will difinitely come back.

Pros: ในห้องมีเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีมุมทำอาหาร ไมโครเวฟ อ่างล้างจานให้เรียบร้อย

Cons: ผ้าเช็ดตัวน่าจะเป็นของใหม่ก็เลยมีขุยผ้า แล้วก็ google map พาไปหลง ต้องติดต่อที่พักหลังจากจองห้องเสร็จ

Pros: We booked an apartment for a day, but in the end we stayed for a week. A comfortable, clean, cozy place. Everything is new, beautiful view from the window to the forest, no noise. I recommend it to everyone!
