Pros: Great location! The sofa bed is over 6 feet and can sleep an adult comfortably.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a mouldy smell. We used incense.

Pros: Highly recommend. I travelled to Kata with my Dad for a holiday and the apartment was perfect for two family members. We had our own space and own bathrooms.

Perfect flat! Amazing location!

Pros: An amazing stay! The flat is perfect- has 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a big terrace- with spectacular sea view ! There are everything in the flat: towels, hygiene products, cups, plates etc etc. The cleaning is not included, however, you also will find all the necessary items to do that yourself or ask the ladies on the reception for additional charge. The property is located 3 min away from all the needed infrastructure: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, currency exchange points, shops and the food market and most importantly - Kata beach is like 5 min away. Mind the fact that the flat is located on the steep hill which might be the problem for elderly couples or to push the baby stroll. However it was not a problem for us :) Also, it’s super easy to get taxi there. Martin the host is always available to help and support and has super positive vibe and energy:) Highly recommended! Comfortable private apartment in an ideal location - great pool facilities & entire apartment complex very well main

Pros: Location of the property was within walking distance of all facilities & easy access to taxis. Beautiful & elevated view. Quiet, clean & private pool facilities. Spacious & well-equipped kitchen apartment, ideal for four people.

Cons: Steep hill access, might be tough for elderly or pram, however easy taxi access if needed.

Wonderful place, awesome view

Pros: Spacious apartments with an amazing view. The place is quiet, there were almost never people at the pool. We stayed here with our family and will gladly come back again. One thing to note - the house is located on a hill, so it may be a bit difficult to push a stroller up, but we rented a car and didn't have that issue.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist wirklich großartig. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer von denen eines mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist. Zudem gibt eine große Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife und Putzmittel für die Küche sind vorhanden. Man hat vom Balkon einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Zwei Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar - daher auch von der Lage perfekt . Wichtige Spots wie Phuket Town, Patong oder Chalong sind mit dem Taxi oder Bus sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Cons: Das Check In war in unserem Fall etwas verwirrend. Ähnliches habe ich auch schon bei der Bewertung anderer Gäste gelesen. Nachdem eine Anfrage auf früheres Check-In im Vorfeld bestätigt wurde, gab es anschließend erstmal keinen direkten Kontakt mit den Hausbesitzern. Als wir am Anreisetag ankamen, haben wir dem Sicherheitspersonal die Buchungsbestätigung auf dem Handy gezeigt. Das reichte sozusagen aus. Auf eine schriftliche Anfrage zum Check-In Prozess wurde erstmal nicht reagiert. Letztendlich war alles vollkommen in Ordnung und wir hatten keine Probleme. Aber es kam mir in dem Moment etwas komisch vor, dass das Vorzeigen der Bilder aus der Buchung ausreichend war um einzuchecken. Am Abreisetag war zufällig jemand vor Ort um unser Apartment zu reinigen - bei ihr haben wir den Schlüssel dann wieder abgegeben. Die Kommunikation bei Check-In und Check-Out war somit immer eher willkürlich. Sollte es bei euch genauso sein, macht euch keine Gedanken. Vielleicht ist es einfach ein kultureller Unterschied. Wenige Tage nach dem Check-In haben mir die Besitzer nochmal freundlich geschrieben, das sie aktuell nicht da sind aber wir uns immer melden können wenn wir was benötigen sollten. Daher alles gut.
