Cons: Little bit expensive compared with regular hotels

Pros: Good location close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Still quiet. You can hear a little noise from the bars at night, but it's not too bad. Very friendly hosts. It's clean, the building is new. The bed is very comfortable. For Kata good value for money.

Awesome, can’t wait stay in march.

Pros: A great location, at the end of a quiet soi but amongst all the action. 10 mins walk to the beach. Love it here! Booked 3 nights, extended to 6, and already booked to stay again in 10 weeks. Staff super friendly and helpful too!!

Cons: Doesn’t bother me but If I was being picky, a safety box would make it perfect.

Pros: Clean, air con, good location, host is very friendly and replies fast if you need something. My fiance left his gold chain hanging on the door, the host very friendly messaged me to say we had left it and very kindly posted to the address provided. Thank you so much

The best Excellent in kata!

Pros: Excellent apartment Newly built Finely furnished, functional, and fully equipped with all the basic The cleaning is carried out every day, with a change of bed linens and bathroom sanitization. The owner is a helpful, kind person, always available for anything The apartment is located in the center of Kata, just 7 minutes on foot from the beach and surrounded by all the shops on the main street. What can I say?! This place is wonderful, I recommend it to everyone.

Great location with a fantastic host

Pros: Fantastic location, right where you need to be in Kata, while also being away from the noise of the streets. The apartment was clean, and the host was great with all communication.
