Bukit Pool Villas - SHA Extra Plus

Pros: Ww were very happy with the cleaningness of the villa. The cleaners were super amazing .the entire team was super and very friendly. Communication always 100% we had no issue or complaints. We recommend this villa, family friendly too.

Pros: We booked out the 6 Villa’s with the shared pool and it was perfect as we had the pool to ourselves to relax and chill.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great location quiet if you want it , busy if you walk 10 mins, 2nd visit here.

Cons: Needs some love , the roof top would benefit from some floor paint it would only make the stay better

Property condition is not good as the photos but it was clean and safe. The Security guy is awesome.

Pros: Loved the space, we drank cocktails in the jacuzzi or the pool watching the sunset. Nothing was too much trouble for staff e.g. clean/replace towels, bottled water. Just asked when we went out and it magically appeared by the time we returned. Used their laundry service, cost 10 Baht more than on the street and we didn't need to cart then collect. This property was perfect for empty nesters like us.

Cons: They have received criticism that the jacuzzi is not heated. There were 4 of us staying and we found entering the water refreshing and by the second cocktail we were glowing. The hot water did not appear to be available at the kitchen sink, but we ate out mostly and our washing up was mainly glasses. Lots of stairs so you need good knees and balance if your carrying cocktails.

Amazing service and huge place.

Pros: Absolutely huge three stories and I cannot complain. A beautiful hidden villa with so much privacy the rooftop Jacuzzi looked beautiful and the lounge was absolutely huge. Bedrooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff and service was absolutely amazing. I put in a simple request just to say it was a friend‘s birthday and they left us a free personalised cake to celebrate.

Cons: The only downfall was the pools and Jacuzzi were cold.
