Pros: It is an expensive hotel in comparison with others in the area but I really think it is value for money. Butler yid and ann responded timely to everything, sincere, very caring towards my kids too. staff at restaurants helped with every little request of ours. buggies were prompt. Hotel is generous with free activities. You can enjoy a lot already without paying for more. Food is pricey but really taste. I enjoyed every bit of this hotel. Should have stayed longer.

Cons: Sharing 1 long super long comforter was funny. My kids kept pulling the comforter from us while sleeping. Next day I requested 4 separate ones, much better slp then.

4 days at Ritz with family

Pros: Beautiful esthetics of the hotel, high service standards, great butler who looked after us called Yid (Thank you Yid ❤️). Nice and spacious rooms with beautiful decor and very clean. The hotel put a lot of effort into organizing the room for our arrival with 3 kids, they arranged baby bottles, sterilizer, toilet and bath accessories for kids, It was really great, thank you. Breakfast is exceptional, the food in restaurants is very good. The hotel has a great agenda of events for guests - cocktail evenings, dance shows, complimentary trips to Hong island. The pool is very nice and there are kids friends. The gym was perfect.

Cons: No beach, as the location of the hotel is on the rocky edge, however the hotel compensates with free trips to amazing hong island. Moving around the hotel was a bit challenging with 3 kids and waiting for a buddy takes time, we ended up walking up and down the hills.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is perfect, the bed is big and comfortable, fantastic breakfast. We loved everything. Our personal butler was absolutely incredible, they anticipated our every need and made our stay feel truly luxurious.

Possibly the best hotel in the world!!!

Pros: The best hotel in the world. Breathtaking location, the most luxurious bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in and staff that would do anything to make your stay both special and memorable

Cons: If I’m being picky I’ve had better restaurant experiences. This could be that I just made wrong choices. The breakfast choice and quality however was phenomenal. The above will not stop me from returning though
