Peaceful, beautiful setting. Not great for mobility issues

Pros: The location in a very nice beach. Beautiful sands and views. Breakfast very good and lots of choice

Cons: The steps. About 65-70 up and down from reception to beach . Decor was clean but the colour made it look dated being a shade of orange

Superb

Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb, with a fantsatic choice to choose from, good strong coffee. The beach and main resturant served a great choice of food Tai and International with themed nights. The beach was amazing perfect for swimming and strolling along day or evening. You can easily get a taxi (we used Bolt) whenver we wished to go roaming.

Cons: It was fine for us but beaware from the beach to our roomm was approximmately 130 steps, so if you have mobility issues not the place for you to stay.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, great restaurant and the spa although expensive for Thailand was very nice.

Pros: Great setting directly onto the beach, wonderful staff, restaurant had a fantastic menu. Sunsets from the bar were lovely.

Cons: Only criticism was it was quite isolated.

An absolutely stunning hotel with great staff, food and amenities.

Pros: The staff were fantastic! They were all so friendly and very helpful. The food at the Marco restaurant was amazing! Every meal we had, Thai or western, was cooked to perfection with amazing flavours. The buffet breakfast had everything! The villa was perfect, with exceptional service by the house keeping team.

Lovely place

Pros: High luxury hotel in the heart of Tobkaak Beach in Krabi. Beautiful view to the sea and huge amazing rooms. The beach is quiet and not crowded and the hotel is very tranquil and beautiful. Full extraordinaire breakfast.

Cons: 1. Prices around are too high (3,299 BHT for massage, it costs 600 in the city) 2. Restaurant variety and quality is not good enough 3. The hotel activities are poor. 4. Far away from the center and have nothing to offer around - this is why they need to improve the offering inside the hotel We loved the beach and the facilities but they could do better with the overall experience and pricing

Fantastic breakfast and relaxed beach luxury.

Pros: Breakfast buffet was great, beach proximity lovely, facilities, the walk along the beach, the room was spacious and the bath amazing. The pool was nice and there is loads of beds and beach chairs around the property and on the beach and poolside. We were met and orientation was good and we were able to check in early. All services we booked through the hotel were excellent - like car hire and taxis.

Cons: Our toilet got blocked - that wasn't great. There are loads of steps outside so not good for people with mobility issues. It is really far from the main lively areas which is good for one type of holiday but not if you want a nightlife and fun! It's brilliant for resort relaxation and family celebrations. Beautiful but a bit far out if you are looking for a lively holiday.

Pros: The staff were nice, very polite. The territory looks green, beach is amazing. They do have exchange in the hotel itself, though they can’t change big amount. It’s super quite, good for relaxation.

Cons: The breakfast was not so good, less options as per my taste. Food in general wasn’t tasty, even during the day from the restaurant. Nothing much around, only the other resorts. It’s a bit old hotel.

Boutique, secluded, quiet , relaxing hotel with good food

Pros: Felt very private, rooms very clean and spacious, well furnished, very good food

Pros: Breakfast was good, plenty of different foods to chose from Hotel was exceptional

Cons: I’m a smoker and I understand the hotel is a no smoking zone I completely understand that I wouldn’t want to stay in a room where people could smoke But you could have a cigarette outside the hotel lobby and down by the beach next to the bar. Which was in a terrible location, you had to step off the decking surrounding the bar which was a big drop down onto a very unlevel surface made up of rocks which were quite sharp and very easy to twist your ankle, I actually cut my foot on one occasion. Walking past neighbouring hotels you could see smoking areas with seating and undercover. I know smoking is looked down on these days but people still smoke so to have nicer area to sit or stand would be good

Pros: Pool down by the beach, amazing sunsets, an alright selection of restaurants along the small quaint beach. Friendly breakfast staff, good variety. Easy to rent a boat off the beach. Totally quiet after 6pm.

Cons: A lot of steps, no Netflix, shuttle to Ao Nang had to be booked a day in advance. Not a big issue since Grabs are in plentiful and almost the same price.
