Pros: Overall incredible experience. Our stretching class was amazing (great guide!) and we loved the general wellness theme. Facilities are very good. Everything is clean and beautiful As a vegetarian the hotel was very accommodating and had a dedicated menu + was open to specific request. Great Gym and facilities.

Cons: Too many things on extra charge made it feel cheap and stingy. (Example: bean bags and chairs at the beach pool) Breakfast lots of insects on the food I saw ants in the nut jar, flies on the fruits etc. Nothing is properly covered. The Breakfast selection is too small for this level of hotel and we didn't have enough options. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming, some were absolutely not. We especially had a horrible experience and service at the beach club. I wish the gym was open 24/7 or at least until 23 or 00 and not 21. And there were only 2 treadmills at the gym they were always taken.
