Had a great 5 nights stay

Pros: Very nice location. Beautiful view towards the lagoon. Plenty of restaurants around(in the same land). Specially nozomi Japanese restaurant. Shuttle bus was very convenient to move around even to 7/11 and villa market.

Nice hotel in gated community but absolutely no working WiFi

Pros: Great staff. Lovely big hotel in a safe gated community. Nice pool too.

Cons: As you can see from the picture my room had cobwebs so I’m not sure how often it gets cleaned. Also, the wifi is non existent. Literally doesn’t work anywhere any time. I went through lots of phone data whilst staying at this hotel.

Very good, but needs better staff management to ensure staff are diligent in cleaning

Pros: Nice location in the area, generally clean and tidy, quite spacious with a very good pool

Cons: The staff standard of English is quite poor, whilst the facilities are good the standard of cleanliness is fairly poor. Room service plates were left in the hallway all day and birds enjoyed the feast and created a mess. Cigarettes butts were not removed from the lounger areas each day. The breakfast was Ok, but few people used the restaurant at lunch or dinner

Pros: Location is very tranquil, and the marina vibe is excellent. Very peaceful place. Staff is kind and accommodating. Bed is very comfortable

Great location for the boat tours.

Pros: Clean, great pool area & restaurant overlooking the pool, a total resort feeling. The locality for the boat tours was great, you can wander the marina as well and their is a supermarket nearby as well as other cafes and restaurants to eat at.

Cons: The laundry was a bit expensive as a service from the hotel. They give you a discount for eating at the restaurant, but then add a surcharge, which is confusing, food was reasonable, not budget friendly though.

nice location worth with it

Pros: i really like the location of the hotel the supermarket just near by the hotel by 5 min walk. the suround area vwery nice and chill.

Cons: the breakfast option.......is average no suprise normal ......... my room didnt preset the face towel and the hand towel when we check-in i requested by phone call twice! still no one send me the towel to my room...... and by the person request in the front desk in the next morning ..... still no one send the towel to my room until the second night.
