Island Escape Burasari

Great resort in a beautiful location

Pros: The resort has a great relaxing ambiance and the staff is friendly. We loved the main pool, the gym and general areas. The deluxe rooms were convenient and beds were comfortable.

Cons: The food was good but the service of breakfast was messy with dirty plates everywhere.

Amazing stay, we really enjoyed it and will come back.

Pros: The scheduled activities were great and the staff was amazing and kind and helpfull. The jungle vibe was also good.

Cons: The service at restaurant and bar was at times slow.

Pros: The Pizza at the Italian restaurant was amazing 👏 Pools pretty good.

Cons: Value is Value but some items were like 5x more than main land phuket which is 15mins away...

We would return to this accommodation anytime, staying here is an unforgettable experience.

Pros: The breakfast was unusual and a bit lacking in that there was very little intercontinental breakfast. I would have liked a normal sandwich.

Cons: The Italian restaurant was slow, there wasn't enough staff, but the food in the Italian restaurant was of an exceptionally high quality. The room is beautiful, but there are a lot of impractical things. For example, there is no towel rack, there is nowhere to put the towel after showering, there is no wardrobe at all, you had to dress from a suitcase for a week. The glass toilet is very nice, but not recommended for shy guests. :-)

Great experience, relaxing and beautiful

Pros: Beautiful hotel and surroundings, truly relaxing. The hotel pays great attention to its presentation and guests' comfort. The staff are friendly and organise enjoyable activities; great that things like sup and kayaks are available. The food and drinks in the restaurants are tasty. We treated our stay like an 'island escape' experience, enjoyed all that the hotel has to offer and walked around the village too, but for exploring Phuket we changed hotels, which we planned in advance. However, boats are available throughout the day and some hours of the night, if you would like to explore Phuket when staying at Busari Island escape.

Cons: We visited at Christmas, and the hotel advertised a Christmas eve meal. Although it came with an evening full of activities and food, the price seemed a bit too much. This was not a problem for us, we went to a local restaurant and also had a lovely evening. If the price was lower, we probably would stay at the hotel.

Relaxing retreat

Pros: Breakfast very good. Bar service was slow. This was an issue. The buggy drivers were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble

Cons: Bar service especially at pool was slow

Paradise

Pros: Every single staff member was fabulous, welcoming and very hepful. My bed was amazingly comfortable. Glass bottles of water in the room. Location. Food was incredible and staff recommendation were so helpful. Buffet breakfast was beautiful and an amaxing selection

Cons: Plastic shower miniture bottles in the room...need to ditch the plastic. Maybe have big water dispenses in lobby and bar to save plastic bottles

Best resort ever

Pros: Everything was excellent and they staff was next level friendly. Shout to all the people who workef there my best holiday will come back

Cons: Only thing I didn't like is that i booked only 3 nights should booked 7 nights thats was my mistakr

A stylish hotel, great value for money, amazing location

Pros: A great location on Coconut Island. Beautifully equipped room and very good value for money. A good breakfast buffet based over two restaurants.. good sized pool, great well equipped gym and steam room. Lovely spa and a great array of Spa treatments. Very attentive members of staff, especially at reception and the restaurants

Cons: The restaurant on the beach serving locally fish.. needs more traditional Thai fish dishes or curries.. pricing fish by the gram was very confusing to me at the waitresses

Pros: Beautiful resort with nice clean rooms and good service.
