Pros: Relatively cheap , close to old market and a great restaurant and cafe

Cons: No Dinner provision, had to order from outside for a small kid.

Perfected located hotel with good facilities.

Pros: The hotel is easily accessible from the airport. A direct bus takes you a 5 minute walk to the entrance. The hotel staff are wonderful and helpful, with assistance available throughout the day.

Cons: The Wi-Fi needs to improve in the 2nd building, it's nearly impossible to get a consistent connection from the room. The only other issue was the toughness of the mattress. If you're a side sleeper your shoulders will hurt in the morning.

Great stay!

Pros: Clean, comfortable, in a great location with lovely staff. We stayed in the building over the cafe and it was perfect- easy access to breakfast and the pool/ gym.

Cons: The WiFi isn’t great

Nice quiet location with two swimming pools

Pros: The hotel is in a character building on a secluded street away from traffic. My room was very spacious. I loved the two swimming pools, both of which are a good size by Thai standards. There are cheap restaurants offering excellent Thai food within 5 mins walk. The old town is roughly 10 mins walk. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of Asian cooked food options, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit and bread. I used the gym; there’s a few dumbbells and a running machine but not much else.

Cons: Limited Western options at breakfast. Adjusting the thermostat in my room made no difference to the air con, so it was a case of either switch it off and be too hot or keep it on and be frozen. Rooms in the C building feel a little dated.

Comfortable stay in old town

Pros: Lovely breakfast, clean and modern facilities, good pool and gym (has free weights and two treadmills), good size room, very helpful and nice staff. Great location in Phuket old town if you want to stay in that area. Would happily stay there again Note, Phuket traffic can be bad and easily take 40+ minutes via taxi to Rawai or Bangla so if you plan on going there frequently stay closer to those parts)

Pros: The pool area was amazing .. the bed was comfortable and the location was very central . We would come back again anytime .

Pros: The location was just perfect - close to everything, but also quiet. The pools (two of them!) were great, and the beds huge and comfortable. The shades were also good enough to block out sunlight. Perfect choice for Phuket City!

Cons: The personnel could not speak english very well, but they tried, and were very friendly and polite.

Pros: Great location within walking distance to old town and bus terminal

Good hotel

Pros: The hotel is located next to Phuket Bus Terminal. It is very close to Phuket Old Town, making it easy to explore cafés, local restaurants and attractions in the city centre on foot. Good breakfast in a spacious area with everything you need. Quiet area with several convenience stores nearby.

Cons: Cleaning - I noticed a certain lack of attention to cleaning in the bedroom, particularly around the headboards and in the bathroom area.

Great boutique hotel in heart of Old Town.

Pros: The location was fantastic, just 5mins walk from Old Town. The property itself is beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were super helpful. Overall a great experience.

Cons: The room lacked a full size mirror, that was the only downside.
