Pros: Gorgeous views Lovely clean, spacious room. The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice and very fresh. The spa is superb! Highly recommend

Cons: Some of the landscaping around our room block was a little tired and scruffy but the view over the bay compensated for that minor point.

A lovely hotel in a lovely setting, perfect for a relaxing week.

Pros: Lovely situation, beautifully set into the hillside & quiet. The staff were all wonderful & kind, & worked very hard. My husband wasn’t so good for part of the week, & the care shown to him at the hotel was excellent. I especially enjoyed the exercise classes, they were good fun.

Cons: Principally the meal arrangements. We had booked All Inclusive. Our expectation was a buffet style choice of many foods & access to pretty much all except premium drinks. There was a buffet for dinner 3 times a week (all of which were super), but at lunchtime & the remaining evenings it was a set menu. The set menu was also a very reduced version of the al la carte. Prego was reasonably prompt service. In Eest & the Seasonal Lounge it took a very long time to get served! Even at breakfast, the coffee and egg dishes were to order & these took longer than you would expect. Having said this, the food, when it arrived was great.

Pros: The most beautiful place in Phuket. I absolutely loved everything. The service was great and the resort is just breath taking.

Cons: Theirs always something to make the things better. But not comments As everything was positive for us.we enjoyed to the best.

A Relaxing fun filled holiday with Family

Pros: All the pools were fabulous overlooking the sea. Had booked a room with pool access, which turned out to be really good. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Access to outdoor pool was excellent to spend quiet evenings seeing the sunset sea. The breakfast layout was the best of its class with so many Live counters. And the spread was fantastic. The hotel restaurants too served delicious food especially the Thai & Italian restaurant. Staying at this property, one must definitely visit the Sunday night market at Phuket Old town. The hotel provides free shuttle for the same.

Cons: The location is not close to any market. So would suggest to just rent a bike if you plan to stay longer.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and welcoming, private beach was quiet and clean, breakfast was amazing and rooms were comfortable and clean.

Pros: Overall experience was very good. Staff were friendly and accommodative. Breakfast was superb. Excellent spread. They did manage to serve us Indian delight.

Cons: Some more Indian menu t be added as lot of Indian tourist were staying in the hotel. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly especially Ms. Houng who was extremely helpful. She gave us a beautiful handwritten card to say goodbye to the to us as we checked out from hotel, which was a very big surprise which we will never forget.

Very comfortable and beautiful stay!

Pros: Loved the location and the property. The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful and always smiling. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Cons: Housekeeping could use a little more attention to detail.

Wonderful view, but a little bit expensive!

Pros: The view of the ocean was amazing, the place is wonderful. And also the staff is super friendly, they really make you feel at home. The facilities are also very nice, and the breakfast buffer is ok.

Cons: A few things were a bit off (not maintained properly), which is not something you would expect from such a place. Our stay was right at the end of the rain season, and I guess activity was still ramping up, but still it felt a bit off for a Westin resort. Nothing major, but as they say, the devil is in the details. Bit overpriced all things considered.
