A lovely retreat for those seeking a break

Pros: Truly a lovely property with great facilities and outstanding staff - Pungpong at reception went above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely stay. The yoga classes and massages are a must.

Cons: I would’ve loved to see more variety in the breakfast menu, particularly when it comes to fresh fruits

Pros: The staff here are so welcoming and kind, especially Pungpond whp is a darling. The spa is delightful, the views and surroundings are lovely, the room itself very comfortable and clean. The pool, the restaurant, all of it is lovely! I based here as I was doing tests at the Bangkok Hospital and it's a perfect location for that

Pros: Everything was perfect. Large room, stuff very friendly, nice pool and great food and drink

Cons: Location was ok. Not super close to restaurants or cafes

A quiet spot offering great wellness packages

Pros: It was truly setup for wellness. I booked a room package w massage and it was great value for money. The sauna and plunge pool facilities were perfect after a long flight. breakfast had plenty of healthy options. The staff were very helpful and communication to book the airport shuttle was efficient, even when my flight was delayed.

Cons: Nothing, wish I booked another night.

Pros: The staff were so friendly, and helpful, pool, easy to relax at, plenty of sunbeds and shuttle bus to get out, we are booking to come back

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Loved the facilities steam/sauna/jacuzzi. We had a suite which was a good size. The food in the restaurant was superb. They had a shuttle bus to take you into Phuket Town. The staff were really friendly and helpful

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like

Pros: Great location. Clean, supportive staff, good food, all amenities available and facilities are working well.

Cons: I would ideally like if room service is better. We had to go to reception many times for bookings, laundry...etc. Not a deal breaker but would have loved it.

Very relaxed, chilled out vibe. Only 20 minutes taxi from Phuket old town

Pros: A very relaxed and peaceful hotel, great for a good rest after a long journey from Manchester England to Phuket Thailand. The property has lovely quiet areas and a wonderful view.

Cons: The property is set into a hill, so there’s lots of steps and some without handrails, but for anyone with small children, or disabilities, also if you aren’t good on stairs, lots of trip hazards if your not confident on your feet. But because it’s on a hill, you have fabulous views and this gives the place a very unique setting, almost in a jungle .

Pros: I love the staff , they were really kind to me . The view is amazing
