Lovely hotel , would stay again but private pool villa not worth the money as it’s not private at all

Pros: The location of the room overlooking the beachfront

Cons: Our pool villa was not so private as people were swimming outside our villa and we booked on Valentine’s Day for a private swim in our private villa as advertised but not private at all we woke up to the pool guy cleaning our pool at 6.30 am while we laid naked on our bed The whole experience was ruined by lack of privacy

Pros: Our family loved the welcoming, helpful, and caring staff. The room was spacious, the food delicious, and the massage truly professional - we enjoyed the ritual. The beach and pool area were fantastic, offering plenty of fun for the child and a relaxing space for the adults.

Cons: The hot water it the shower was occasionally unavailable, or we had to wait around 10–15 minutes for it. The air conditioning was difficult to control, and it was hard to find a comfortable temperature.

Pros: Our stay was simy wonderful! Excellent place to enjoy the beach, the island and the resort facilities. Incredibile staff, extreme kindness and lovely food, from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Everything was so perfect and satisfying. We loved my beach resort!

Swimming pool with beach view

Pros: Beach in front was highlights of this hotel, we enjoyed spending time by the pool with sea view, unfortunately it was raining season while we stayed and we couldn’t enjoy the most. Staff are excellent, polite and friendly at the beach bar and restaurant.

Cons: The gym is very small not many equipment inside. The spa was very average not good quality for a five star hotel. When we asked for something to deliver to the room it takes 30 minute and we need to call for follow up, it’s fine for us but the service should be more promptly

Pros: Beachfront property, absolutely amazing. The view from our room was breathtaking. The ladies at the reception and the restaurant, extremely pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was really nice.

Cons: We asked for an early check in and the ladies advised that if the room was ready. They would be able to assist. When we arrived. It wasn’t ready, and that was okay. We didn’t mind waiting at the lobby because of what we were witnessing. When they advised the room was ready, it had three beds. Of which we didn’t understand. It took up space. The there was hair all over the sheets and the floor and that made it unpleasant. I am very pedantic, so it could have just been a me issue but I don’t want to deal with such at that kind of establishment.
