Pros: Pool in room, sea view, service, location, beach, pool bar, breakfast....

Cons: Room's air conditioning was not well adjustable. Either too cold or too warm, automaation did not follow room temperature weel enough.

In addition to many other good thing, staff made the extra difference. Thanks to Jenny for her assistance and support.

Pros: The area and the views are beautiful. The included snacks and minibar were a great addition. The staff is very friendly, special mention to Pan! The food was lovely.

Cons: Some of the equipment is a bit outdated, mainly in the bathroom. There were traces of rust and limescale on the walls and faucets of the bathroom. A thicket curtain would be appreciated for more privacy in the lower level bedroom of the villa. The breakfast can be a bit overcrowded and the space is not very efficiently outlined, so depending on where you sit you may have other customers in your back trying to serve themselves.

Pros: The staff were the sweetest people I ever met in my life , very kind and professional. Catered for all our needs. I recommend this place 100%. Great food , cleanliness was 10/10. The drinks in the mini bar were free and they do a free refill. Free fruits every morning

Pros: It was the staff that made our stay as enjoyable as it was, they could not do enough for you. The room was lovely with beautiful views and excellent amenities, I particularity liked the fact they provided a free minibar with soft drinks daily.

Cons: The coffee machine at breakfast was not great - they could really do with upgrading their hot drinks selection.

The ideal romantic getaway or place to unwind and relax

Pros: The staff at breakfast were exceptional. The foods equally good. The location on that beautiful stretch of Beach is unbeatable. The Reception staff were also extremely accommodating and couldn’t help us enough.

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable. The personnel very pleasant and helpful, especially those in the restaurant.

Pros: The location is perfect for relaxing, we had the pool villa which meant we woke up to a beautiful view. It’s was brilliant and the weather helped too.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, the staff were amazing. I would recommend you don’t book any excursions especially the speedboat phi phi island tour. We had a terrible experience, we booked it via the hotel and on the day the weather was not great, but the tour guide continued, everyone was sea sick on our boat, it was so dangerous, the islands were not worth visiting, over priced and on the way back our captain decided to drive super fast and we all got stuck in the middle of the ocean and he drove over land where the tide had raised, we were stuck there for 2 hours before rescue boat arrive and were expected to walk to the rescue boat with quick sand/mud children and elderly people, everyone’s legs were cut and people lost shoes, clothes were ruined, there was 30 of us on the boat, it was a nightmare. When we asked for a full refund from the hotel execution lead we were told the tour company refused as we had attended the tour and were not entitled to it, which was ridiculous as we wanted to leave the tour as soon as we got on the boat but there was no options to. Never again will we be doing any excursions again in Thailand.
