Great value, great staff, and amazing, secluded location.

Pros: Room was spectacular and private. The morning breakfast was good. The Senses restaurant was so expensive compared to the other places, so didn't attend.

Cons: At the big pool, there just isn't enough beds for the amount of guests they have. So there were probably 10 of us looking for a place to sit/lounge and we couldn't.

Beautiful hotel in lovely quiet area of Phuket

Pros: Beautiful views of the bay from our pool Villa and the main infinity pool is fantastic as well, we had an American floating breakfast in our pool which was fabulous and I booked the balloon party B package through the hotel as it was my husband’s birthday and the room looked fabulous when we entered, Panwa is a lovely very quaint area to stay as not busy and exactly how you would imagine a small Thai area to look

Cons: The bed could be more luxurious for the price we paid and the doors in the beautiful villas need to be sealed better as a lot of very bittey mosquitoes in this area, red flag on beach every day so we couldn’t swim or use the free kayak or boards even though we booked for it every day

Pros: The villas, the lobby views, the pool, the staff - everything was absolutely on top The staff was extremely polite - probably the most courteous I’ve ever encountered. They were such sweethearts! And of course, breakfast deserves a special mention. Having breakfast in the Michelin-level restaurant was a real pleasure and the whole family were waiting for the next morning to go to the restaurant again.

Nice place, but reconsider value for money piece

Pros: Very nice staff and nice overall facility with spa, gym and infinity pool

Cons: The prices in restaurant and at the spa were absolutely crazy! Spa 8x more expensive than outside. Same with restaurants- probably that the reason people were going outside for dinner and restaurants were absolutely empty

Pros: One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. The pool pavilion room was out of this world, the facilities, private beach and staff were all amazing.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful stay

Pros: The resort is one of best I stayed in whilst travelling around Thailand. Its was absolutely stunning. The room was beautiful and clean with everything and more that you would need the pool is to die for and breakfast was beautiful. We ended up eating out alot just a short walk could find beautiful restaurants. The staff always have a smile on their face and always wanting to help. Very hard working could fault this hotel at all.

Pros: Extremely welcoming staff, beautiful amenity rich property and exceptional views.

Cons: I think food in their restaurant scene isn’t upto the mark. We didnt enjoy anything there. Breakfast was fine. Beware if you’re a vegetarian- as long as you’re eggitarian, you should be good

Family enjoyed New Year celebration in lush grounds and spacious villas

Pros: We had a pool Villa and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was a large entrance hall with a huge bathroom that had floor to ceiling windows over looking our pool and the bay. There were 2 toilets which worked well. Bed linen cotton & crisp with sumptuous pillows . A large sitting area. Aircon worked well. It was great to have a daily laundry service included. The pool area was beautiful and never seemed too crowded. We enjoyed seeing the New Year in there and the hotel worked very hard at providing a fun evening. The buffet was amazing. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. I joined a yoga class and aqua exercise both were very enjoyable. Good buggy service to get around the place. Mixed age in our family group. There was something for everyone.

Cons: Quite hilly and lots of steps. Also steps from bedroom to living room and little steps into both toilets, trip hazards. A bit isolated. It would have been good to have bar / food service by the pool
