Pros: A beautiful remote island only 20 mins from Chalong Pier. Fantastic choice away from any hussle and bussle. Daily boat to mainland to get any supplies needed. Staff were exceptional. Always smiling and helpful with everything. Good restaurant with lovely selection. Breakfast was also lovely and very tasty. Stunning beach and free kayaks to use.

Cons: There was no shop to buy anything. Booking.com facilities mentioned massages available but there wasn't any. This would be amazing place to offer a yoga retreat

An amazing location not far from Chalong you really feel far away from all the hustle and bustle.

Pros: The location of this hotel is amazing so peaceful and the staff are all so helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good quality and very tasty.

Cons: The rooms are basic but still beautiful and have everything you need.

Watching the wildlife was exceptional in this jungle surrounded small resort

Pros: The location was wonderful. The staff were generally very good, food was excellent and value for money. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Pros: Quiet location and safe for solo female travellers. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The property is just beautiful.It’s located on a quiet island so ideal for older visitors who want some peace and a place to relax.

Pros: The location was amazing. So close to chalong but felt like miles away. The beach villas were simple, spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely pools (3) , great beach for swimming at high tide and beach combing at low tide. Staff were brilliant with the beach tirelessly cleaned of dropping leaves. We liked the no night entertainment just peace and quiet. Amazing bird life if you like nature you will love it.. however ensure you have plenty of insect repellent. and we couldn’t fault anything..

Cons: There’s nothing we didn’t like, but the resort needed a little TLC which could be sorted very quickly with a little help from the owners. Replace the main pool shower head, provide more pool loungers for when it’s busier and accompanying drinks tables. Replace the umbrellas which have passed their best. The shop has no snacks in so take your own. Just a general smartening up is required but don’t let our findings detract you from going.

Lovely desert island, a perfect retreat with nothing to disturb you

Pros: It was idyllic - tropical island with literally about 4 people there… fabulous, quiet, lazed around on the beach, swam in the sea. Staff were incredibly attentive and kind making sure I was ok at all times. They went out of their way to give me the best food and the breakfast was amazing. The little bungalow was quiet and well kitted out-perfect for an island retreat. Comfortable bed and very clean. Good wifi everywhere. The pool was perfectly clean and well looked after. If you choose Thai food it is really well cooked and freshly made. Remember this is a very small island so they have limited supplies.

Cons: I loved this place and stayed 3 days… but it would not suit some people. Very quiet, nothing whatsoever to do. Completely dead in the evening. The menu is quite large but for fresh well made food it’s best to stick with Thai food rather than international. They have beers and cocktails-all the usual drinks but I followed advice from others and took some snacks and drinks. There are sand flies-take insect repellent and they don’t bother you. So perfect if you want total escape, quiet and isolation.

Pros: It could be the most amazing hotel. However they are understaffed. I wish they could put more effort into the food, maybe a smaller menu would help. It takes a long time to get food. Such a lovely island

Pros: A piecefull a bit old but very sweet place right in front of phuket. The only functional hotel on koh loon. The structure itself would need a bit of maintenance but it’s charming (garden is beautiful) and the location is amazing. Stuff is very nice. A place to rest and relax.

Cons: The sea water is not so clean, it’s on the Chalong bay and gets the dirt from the harbour. Especially because of this it would be nice if the swimming pools were cleaner and better maintained. Also it would be nice to have some connection to the rest of the island, a boat that takes you to the beach on the other side of the island for example.
