Wonderful stay at the Cove, very friendly staff and stunning view from the restaurant

Pros: Wonderful breakfast with a stunning view. Very friendly staff kept our whole family happy.

Cons: There was quite a bit of dust on aall the closets in the room.

A little break from routine

Pros: Waking up to the view of the beach and enjoying breakfast by the seaside, attended by the wonderful staff at The Cove, was truly an unforgettable experience. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with both hotel and non-hotel activities. The rooms have a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I’ve stayed at The Cove twice — once with my family and once with my girlfriend — and loved it both times. I highly recommend it!

Must visit to relax and enjoy life with your feet in the sand

Pros: Peaceful, right at a beautiful quiet beach, lovely interior design, super friendly staff going out of their way to make your stay special.

Beautiful place to stay

Pros: The villa was clean and extremely comfortable and the position looking over the water was great.

Cons: Thin toilet paper!!! Also an unresolved issue about the taxi taken from Phuket airport to the cove- we paid $38 to booking.com for the taxi… then the cove charged us 1300 Thai for it as well. My understanding was that we had paid for it already. Still to be resolved.

Pros: Thailand the way Thailand should be...simple comfortable cabins (stayed in the Family Room which was generous for the 4 of us). The restaurant is excellent too and it's only a short 10 minute walk to a wide choice of other local restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacy. Staff wonderfully friendly. I hope one day we can return.

Cons: Nothing that is worth mentioning...

Unbelievable calm place compared with a perfect service

Pros: If your arrival starts with a fruit platter - I'm in heaven! Friendly staff compared with the calmness of the place - you don't need more to relax.

Lovely time and great memories

Pros: Was at The Cove for 20 days, 2 adults (mother and daughter) and teenager. We were in Phuket countless amount of time, always in Bang Tao area. This time decided to try something new and cape Panwa was a great choice! Location, calmness, safety. Not crowded and feel like you get an authentic Phuket. All you need you have around! You would require vehicle though. People at the hotel were attentive and prompt to help with anything. I wanted relaxing time, I was able to get it there. Overall very pleased with choice of accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Breakfasts by the water are definitely the highlight!

Cons: Family house need some renovation A proper knife in the kitchen would also be beneficial 😀 we weren’t cooking, just for cutting the fruits, was a struggle with butter knife. Despite daily cleaning service, which was great, bathrooms must have better cleaning. Sun bathing area must be equipped with more sturdier parasols, as current doesn’t provide much of a shade and can be easily removed by wind causing danger. I hope management would do something about it as we are not the first pointing out on it. Beach floor at a low tide can be cleaned from the rocks, that would give it an absolute paradise like feel and appearance. Do recommend to bring water shoes, that was a game changer for us.

Relaxed Vibe, Lovely staff, Great food & Amazing beach

Pros: Beautiful hotel / restaurant, sat on a lovely quiet beach which is so rare in Phuket during peak season. Staff really were lovely and made you feel at home. Perfect place to disconnect and no need to wear any shoes as you are straight onto the sand! We will be back!!!
