Incredible pool villa, amazing staff and stunning beachside location!

Pros: The pool villa was simply stunning. We’ve never stayed anywhere like it. The staff were incredibly helpful and the pools were beautiful - loved the boat day beds! I also had an amazing facial at the spa

Cons: In comparison to other luxury resorts the spa and kids club were a little disappointing. For example, the kids club could be renovated to be more modern with more exciting things for the kids to play with. Some toys were quite old and some broken. There was also not babysitting services. The spa offering was great, but it’s a small spa with no private adult pool / area to enjoy some child free time.

Pros: We really loved this hotel. The location was amazing — very peaceful and secluded, away from the busy areas of Phuket. If you plan to travel a lot around the island, it might not be the most convenient place, but for us it was perfect. We spent a week here on our honeymoon, and it was an excellent choice. I felt like I had a private beach all to myself.

The staff and setting is wonderful.

Pros: The architecture and attention to detail was magnificent. Carved wood columns and vents, light fixtures from coconut shells, natural materials in a traditional style. Elegant

Cons: Too many single use plastic water bottles. Would be much nicer to have glass bottles. They fog so the birds eat poisoned insects. I understand it’s for the mosquitoes but there are natural solutions that don’t kill all the useful insects

If we go to Thailand again I will definitely come here again!

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for six nights and were very happy with our choice. We loved the area, and the absolute highlight was definitely the beach. It was beautiful and perfect for swimming – the water was clean, the beach was clean, and everything felt very well maintained. The hotel rooms were very spacious and designed in a traditional Thai style. The bed was super big and extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was more than enough for us, with a good selection to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful at all times, which really made us feel welcome. We also loved the multi-coloured cotton beach towels, which looked gorgeous and felt very sustainable – a really lovely detail. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: As it was getting close to Christmas and the hotel became fuller, it would have been nice to have a few more umbrellas on the beach to provide additional shade, as the shady spots were taken quite quickly.

Pros: The beach was beautiful and conveniently located just across the street from the villas. Breakfast was very good, and we especially loved the Saturday beach event with the fire show. The food at the beach restaurant was also excellent. The only minor downside was that the neighborhood felt a bit quiet, with no nearby shops, bars, or fruit stalls. However, this didn’t bother us much, as we spent most of our time at the beach or relaxing in our villa. The villa itself was spacious and very clean.

Pros: 1. The rooms were beautiful! The intricate wood work within the cottage and other buildings...the comfortable beds...the special touch were the beautiful thai styles bath robes and the beach bag in each room 2. The staff, in true thai style, were so hospitable...very courteous and their pleasant greeting throughout the resort kept us smiling and feeling welcome 3. The phi phi island tour they arranged was well worth it..well planned and organized perfectly ! 4. Excellent communication through WhatsApp ...housekeeping / front desk staff very responsive when we asked for anything they sorted it out within 5 minutes, 5. The pool within the cottage was the perfect bonus...the main pool too was large and I loved the boat shaped beach beds!

Cons: 1. Location is a bit far from the city... and they dont have adequate taxi services of their own but they do arrange an external private taxi 2. Mosquitoes in the room despite using a mosquito repellent provided ( but that's to be expected I'd assume). They do an external fumigation twice a week. 3. Free Breakfast buffet options were a bit limited for a 5 star hotel

Pros: Very beautiful property and facilities. Excellent food in the restaurant.
