Exceptional and would love to do it again!

Pros: There is just so much to do at the property! The views, pools, pristine private beach, the fire show, the hospitality.. were all exceptional. The staff were particularly warm and welcoming. There are a lot of activities for kids as well and the Kids club was a nice fun place for toddlers to burn their energy. Also the French toast at breakfast, was hands down the best I've ever had. I would go there again just for that!

Cons: The room felt old and tiles and furnishings are a bit dated. Not really a problem though, unless you want modern luxury for your stay.

Pros: Tennis courts and gym were both excellent, as was the spa. We also enjoyed the adults pool, which was peaceful, with lots of space.

Cons: The beach bars could have been open later, for a sundowner.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hotel is wonderful and full of amenities, the staff is friendly and the service is excellent. For my girlfriend's birthday, they created unforgettable moments for her and I am grateful to them for that.

Cons: The sound insulation between the toilet and the room must be better and they should solve it somehow.

Pros: Exceptional resort with a quiet private beach. Every member staff member is so professional and could not do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. The resort is spotless, and the rooms and facilities are excellent. Food choices are good, although we did eat locally along the beach as well. We will definitely return.

Pros: I am very fortunate to say that my family and I have been coming and staying here (reasonably) consistently over the last 10 or so years. It gets better every time! I always look forward to these trips. The customer service is unreal.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, staff are friendly and helpful, cannot do too much. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the variety of different restaurants both in the hotel and nearby Turtle Village offered fantastic food. Will definitely be back again
