Highly recommended apartment in Rawai

Pros: We stayed in the 2 br apartment. The location couldn’t have been better. Great facilities and very modern, clean apartment. There is a lift in the building. Secure, gated apartments. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly dealt with by Valentin. Communication was excellent. A deposit was collected on check in and returned on check out. Photos were provided of the electricity and water meter readings, as well as a receipt issued for the deposit. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and recommend to others.

Cons: Not a criticism, but just something to keep in mind. As the apartment is right next to the main road, facing the beach, there’s quite a bit of traffic noise.

Pros: Everything was very well organised. Made us feel very safe. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean and had very good quality equipment. Large bathrooms and even cleaning 1x per our stay :)!

Very good value - clean & well appointed

Pros: New 2 bedroom apartment with all you need - cooker, microwave, washing machine, pots & pans etc. Clean & everything new. Rawai is a good base to visit all the other west coast beaches and much cheaper than Kata, Karon, Patong etc.

Cons: Everything was good. My wife found the bed a little hard but I did not notice. Communication and assistance from the agent was excellent

Лучший кондо на Пхукете

Pros: Расположение замечательное. 7/11 круглосуточный большой прям с забором кондо граничит. Кондик ухоженный, очень хорошая управляющая копания, все бассейн чистые и сами красивые,, территория ухоженная, много где останавливались, это лучший кондо на Пхукете.
