The stay very enjoyable, but the two hour plus wait in passport control to enter Thailand was not.

Pros: The staff were fantastic. The beach was long, clean, and beautiful, and the water was warm, and nobody tried to sell me anything.

Cons: The gymnasium was small.

Pros: Kids friendly - Beach Pool activities F&B proximity are perfect to stay around the property and chill - Shops 10minutes cycling away

Cons: Good place for people who came to Thailand/Phuket a few times before, why ? because Mai Kao area is great but could turn to be remote from other island sightseeings and activities therefore for first timers need to long taxi drives if you plan to explore south island

This is a great place to stay!

Pros: Stunning resort in a beautiful setting. Everything was perfect. The extremely friendly staff made us feel really at home. Breakfast was outstanding, with an incredible variety of foods (from continental European, English breakfast, Asian dishes, etc.). The restaurants by the beach (Takieng and the Sand Box) were outstanding. Beautiful location on the beach. Strongly recommended!!

Cons: Nothing at all. This is a great place to stay!

Friendly service and incredible food

Pros: The staff were lovely, incredibly friendly and attentive, especially those around the pool. The meals around the pool and a la carte restaurant were also delicious!

Cons: The all inclusive package shouldn't have hours attached to it. Starting at 11 each day is late, and ending at 11 is early. There is nowhere you can get a drink outside of this and room service on top of an already paid package is unacceptable.

We loved our stay at this beautiful resort and watching the sunset on the beach of the resort.

Pros: We loved our stay at the Renaissance Phuket resort & spa! The resort is beautiful, the staffmembers are very friendly and the food is great.

Cons: There are only a few restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The free shuttle car had already left, when I arrived at the departure location on time.

Cons: The travel desk (the one for excursions etc) is sub par. The person who assisted us wasn’t able to answer simple questions, made us believe that we were booking a private comfortable tour while we ended up with 80 other people in a quite uncomfortable and very busy tour, and even overcharged us
