Special hotel with hotsprings and a stunning beach for total R&R

Pros: Love this place...it is very special. good for rest and relaxation

Cons: I would like to have access to more drinking water, maybe some machines or a filter. Because the hot srpings are very dehydrating.

Pros: Not too far from phuket island. Condition of the hotel is well maintained. Highly recommended

Pros: Great facilities, beach and pools. We stayed at the hot springs villa - super recommended! Also - go for the market shuttle, what an experience!

Cons: Stairs everywhere - not stroller / wheelchair friendly.

Pros: We love the hot springs and the cold plunge pool. The rooms are traditional but beautiful. Very calm and idyllic. The beach is stunning but it is a red flag beach, and would say its for stong and confident swimmers.

Beautiful stay and I would definetely go back

Pros: Amazing property with a lot of facilities and activities to do within the resort.

Cons: The staff in the restaurant wasn’t trained at all. For 3 days in a row we had issues with the service and waiting time was way too long. The costs for laundry is by piece, not by kilos. Which is also not good value for money.

Lovely property in quiet location

Pros: Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, gym, nice pool area, friendly staff

Cons: Location a bit isolated, breakfast options a bit limited

Pros: was so relaxing and amazing place to catch up with yourself. it was gorgeous as well

Cons: the location was about 15 min drive from anything

Pros: The pools were fun - love the icy one ! Kids enjoy the slide.

Cons: Wifi was poor - didn’t work in rooms Dinner could have some kids menu Felt busy and not too family friendly…

Great place for hotsprings and rest

Pros: Wonderful place for those who like hotsprings and empty beaches

Cons: No complimentary drinking water in the gym or at the hotsprings, both kf which are running a server health risk for customers. For a hotel of this price, I would expect to see complimentary water dispensers around. It is a health risk not to.

My expectations were high and it still exceeded them.

Pros: Everything! The pools were brilliant, gardens lovely, rooms clean comfy and nice. Staff were all kind and helpful.

Cons: The food was more expensive than elsewhere, but that's to be expected, and there didn't really appear to be anywhere else nearby anyway.
