Excellent family holidays

Pros: Exceptional family holidays. Great rooms. We had 2 bed villa with pool, so kids loved it. Excellent main pool too with movies on some nights. Breakfast selection was huge and variable on 5 days that we were there Dislike: 1 hour away from Phuket town.

Pros: Two bedrooms suit is very big, clean and tidy. Staff are superb and polite, The hotel facilities and restaurants are amazing. Kids Club is stunning, and kids love it

Cons: Location, in general, is far from everything. Not a Beach front property, you will need to ask the hotel for free buggy service. Also, the beach preserved for the hotel is not charming, and beach chairs and umbrellas are behind the trees and far a bit from the beach

Pros: Staff in the restaurant was very helpful during breakfast. Helped us with making food which suits out dietary requirements. Kids pool and kids club also good. Good for family with kids.

Cons: The concierge service wasn't helpful. Since the hotel is located away from Patong it's important to have a good concierge to guide guests on activities. At the anantara club they were only focused on recommending activities which they have a affiliation with. Not a great location and a pathetic beach.
