Quick and enjoyable

Pros: If you're looking for convenience at the airport, this is excellent. The breakfast is very good, especially the fruit. The bed was super comfortable.

Cons: Our room had a problem with the electrical outlets; they weren't working. When I asked them to look at the problem, they appeared immediately, but then they stopped working again. They also forgot to refill the water in our refrigerator.

Nice hotel but far from the beach

Pros: Very nice hotel Breakfast was good Great swimming pool

Cons: Staff weren't good. They didn't keep us upto date Check in was stone cold. We weren't told anything, staff could have communicated in thai or English Shuttle service was not communicated and stopped before we could use it A member of staff were brash with my thai partner

Great place to land after a long journey, especially with children.

Pros: Perfect place to land with small kids after long haul travel. Easy to arrive from the airport, great pool, easy beach access, friendly staff.

Cons: Food was not good (breakfast, lunch and dinner). There is a great authentic Thai place right next door though.

Highly recommend!

Pros: We had a 2-bedroom villa and it was incredible. Pool access and rooms were huge with living and dining area. Definitely go with this option if you can! The staff were so helpful and amazingly friendly. Highly recommend and would stay again if coming to Phuket.

Pros: Loved our villa, lucky enough to have a received a free upgrade on arrival which was lovely. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Loved that you can order room service and cleaning easily through their app. Highly recommend
