Great value for money resort in Koh Yao Yai

Pros: The resort overlooks the stunning bay so no matter where you are in the resort, the view is exeptional. The hotel staff are all kind, welcoming, polite and helpful. The food in all restaurants was great and breakfast bufet had a vast selection of foods. The atmosphere is relaxing.

Magical place

Pros: 10/10. Incredible and magical place. Loved the Thai wood architecture with everything handcrafted, very unique. Gorgeous beach and magnificent pools. Many restaurants but we especially liked the Thai restaurant by the infinity pool on the hill where breakfast is served. Breakfast was insane. So many delicious options, from a wide choice of veggie Thai dishes to eggs made however you want, new fresh squeezed juice made in front of you, barista making coffee the way you want (even have oat milk). Staff and service incredible. Rooms with mindblowing views. Bed extremely comfortable slept like a baby (with my baby next to me who also slept amazing). Very family friendly, everyone loved all the babies and children, felt very welcome. The massages on the beach incredible. Highly recommended.

Dream stay on beautiful island.

Pros: We had an amazing transfer to the hotel everything was planned out perfectly and it felt like we where royalty. From the start we had a warm welcome and could communicate with the staff about our luggage, activities and other transfers. The room was amazing, we had a stunning view of the sea with a beautiful sunset everyday. We enjoyed our stay and would deeply recommend the resort to anyone who wants to get value for his money. It was amazing.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff worth a stay

Pros: Loved how beautiful this hotel was and tentative the staff was at this resort we had a great stay. Food was great in hotel but we did venture out as well down the beach. We did muay thai classes each morning best part of the hotel free classes but you will need to to buy your own hand wraps. Loved the hotel alot and would return the rooms are stunning can't fault them. Also had a massage on the beach which was great

Cons: It did take time to get anywhere due to resort just being so big via the little buggy bus system always one there never waited long but it was due to resort being so big.

Beautiful and luxurious stay.

Pros: Good service, the little wooden cars to take you around the resort were very efficient. Beautiful rooms very clean. The 1000baht credit per room per day was useful for eating/drinking as the prices at the resort were expensive (relatively).

Cons: A lack of gin meant rooms were charged for drinks we did not receive. This necessitated a trip to reception and a long wait to have it sorted. The manger did get it sorted though and the WhatsApp contact was good.

Super honeymoon stay.

Pros: Location, room which was set beautifully for honeymoon & infinity pool.

Cons: Our mistake but hadn’t realised that ‘Bay view’ was not the sea view as shown. My husband asked to change room as this was our honeymoon, this was only possible with a £250 per night upgrade fee. Much much bigger than expected. Buggy waiting times can vary. Too many children.
