Beautiful view but some TLC needed

Pros: There were also many things we genuinely loved. The views were absolutely stunning — the islands in particular were breathtaking. Our eldest son went sea fishing with the locals, which was a truly fabulous experience. The boat trip we took was also amazing and a real highlight of the stay. The family room was a fantastic size, with very comfortable beds, making it a great space for us all to relax.

Cons: Breakfast was a lovely offering overall; however, on several mornings we waited over 15 minutes for eggs and coffee after ordering. This wasn’t during peak times — travelling with four children means lie-ins aren’t really an option. Room service was also unnecessarily complicated. On our fourth night we were told the room service menu was incorrect and that the updated menu was available via the TV, which hadn’t been made clear previously. We also discovered through friends that children’s meals were complimentary for stays of five nights or more. As we met the same criteria, we queried this but were advised that our friends were mistaken, which was frustrating and confusing. The children’s club was extremely disappointing. Almost all activities incurred additional charges, meaning it didn’t operate as a kids’ club in the way one would typically expect. Additionally, the smaller children’s pool (the left-hand pool with one slide) raised safety concerns — the wooden structure at the top is perishing. While my youngest was playing, a piece came loose, exposing two rusty nails pointing upwards. Finally, we booked an excursion, which took four days to confirm due to our group being one adult and two children. We were advised they would not run the excursion for a group of three and required an additional person, which caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

A lovely, comfortable hotel .. the transferred to and from Phuket were seem less. .

Pros: The hotel, grounds and facilities are beautiful.. it really is idyllic. A big thank you to Grace, she was exceedingly helpful and charming .. a real asset to the team!

Cons: The main breakfast room seemed quite disorganised and noisy, especially the egg station.. it was easier to wait for the eggs to be cooked than it to be brought to the table. The lack of a lounge at Au Thalane pier, Krabi made the wait quite tiring and the steep steps to the boat had no hand rail.. not great for guests with mobility issues.

Amazing!

Pros: Everything. Bed was very comfortable, the breakfast is incredible, the pool, the view. Amazing!

Cons: The family room was quite far away from the pool/beach area.

Pros: Very nice hotel decoration, the main pool was stunning with the bar in the middle , in front of the beach , the staff were amazing and helpful, the hotel is clean.

Cons: The food wasn’t tasty, highly rated price . There were a lot of kids around felt like in kindergarten! The location is far from everything ( restaurants, markets, spa..) The style of the hotel is not Thai at all , so we didn’t felt in Thailand at all . All facilities were with a highly rated extra charge like yoga!!

Pros: Location was ideal. Hotel beach beautiful. Staff very helpful.

Cons: Food service at dinner was slow.

Brilliant

Pros: Great Assortment and nice enviorment . The Sous chef needs special comments since he was taking care of all our needs.He was exceptional and contributed a lot to our visit being great

Pros: Wow, this place has ruined every other hotels/resorts for me - it was absolutely wonderful. I don't know how anywhere else could be better. The resort itself was stunning, perfectly maintained. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, so many options. Pool was great, room was great. We loved it.

Cons: Breakfast was great but I wish the restaurants had a few more vegetarian options. My partner raved about the meat dishes he had at both restuarants but the vege ones I had weren't at that level. Minor issue as we thoroughly loved our stay here though.

Outstanding service at a tranquil beachside resort!

Pros: Unique location due to spectacular beach which allows you to walk “into the ocean” at low tide. Amazing service, specially by Chef Puvadej, who went out of his way to delight us!

Stayed in a few locations but this one was the best by far!

Pros: The property was just exceptional! Facilities great! Swimming pool was one of the best I have used. Access to the beach was fantastic. Most of all , the STAFF.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I disliked

Pros: It was the best hotel experience we had. The staff was very friendly. They have great breakfast and also nice options for dinner.
