Beautiful hotel.. Great location..

Pros: Breakfast was lovely...right beside the beautiful pool...

Pros: The hospitality was very good. I dropped my ring somewhere the manager tony helped to find the ring he did his best but the ring was not found that's a different thing. But they did there best to help me find the ring. The breakfast was very nice . overall I very much liked my stay there.

Pros: Excellent room and very good selection and layout for breakfast, plenty of sun beds and towels

Cons: Staff efficient, but you felt reception staff were putting ion an act ( not very welcoming) music on Wed to Saturday as we arrived Sunday for 3 nights no entertainment 🤔

Great hotel in Kamala Beach

Pros: Friendly and great room with all amenities you need. Pool area lovely with lots of umbrellas and sun beds.

Cons: Lots of customers reserving sun beds early in morning meaning you had to do the same. The hill walking back to property is a killer in the heat but hotel do offer shuttle service

Pros: The room was amazing Air con good Breakfast nice Cleaners very good bed comfy! Exta pillows and blankets given Good storage Would come back

Cons: There were a lot of little ants in the room often you could not leave snacks out what so ever they would also congregate our toothpaste. Room service finish 10pm to early On day of arrival there was power outage all day till 5pm- wasn’t informed ahead of time or on check in or offered anything complimentary for this , very disheartening as at £350+ a night …. Couldn’t get a sun lounger often as full The dials were on the opposite side of the hot tub of the balcony so you had to climb through the tub to turn it on or round the ledge which was dangerous on the balcony if slipp I don’t understand why they are on the opposite side. The staff could have been abit more polite I felt for a hotel of this price point. In our room the bathroom light could only turn on if all the lights in the room were on which was difficult. In the end I went to the bathroom using torch on phone.

Amazing view :)

Pros: Amazing view, nice room, great breakfast lots of choices, great view at the breakfast, at the pool :) good location, walking distance to some local shops etc.

Cons: Shower room without a door, not a big fan of that (but now I know I will never book anything like that again, I need to have a door and privacy). Lots of stairs, lots of walking up and down but due to the location, hilly location and whole resort, buildings being situated so of course they did the best they could but thinking that probably not a very wheelchair friendly place.

Nice place with lovely views of the bay - set away on the hill so not in a busy place

Pros: The hotel is tucked away from the chaos which is nice and the views from it are remarkable. The staff were friendly and welcoming on day one.

Cons: Nothing it was all okay.

Pros: Very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are clean, staff are nice, great view and a decent breakfast offer.

Cons: Occasionally, an odd smell come out of the bathroom.
