Good, quiet and clean hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel if you want to explore Phuket city. Breakfast was good but the variety was not much. The ladies at the spa were amazing and that I highly recommend. They were really sweet and the massage was definitely well worth it.. We had hired a car and parking was free. Overall a lovely hotel away from the busy beach hotels. Their mango pudding highly recommended.

The perfect hotel for a luxurious feel, quiet holiday.

Pros: It surprised me, I wasn’t expecting such a nice hotel. Modern decor and clean. Staff were fabulous, very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, some dishes were different every morning. There was some soundproofing in the room (not very good though). Loved the view from my room at the 12th floor. Big Swimming pool, and warm water.

Cons: It wasn’t a big let down for me, but my room was right in front of the lifts - soooo you could hear the lift bell going on all the time. I had my earplugs, it didn’t bother me much.

Pros: Breakfast was very delicoious. I liked variety of fruits and juices. The room was good, but unfortunatlely it is not possible to open the window.

Cons: Cleaning could be better, there was dust on some shelves
