Sunprime Kamala Beach

Pros: Unfortunately when I arrived I wasn’t feeling great due to a dodgy soft shell crab so I didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel properly. But what I did realise after I became quite ill was they had an in house doctors clinic which I contacted and they were fantastic. A lady Doctor and her two staff came to my room. Checked my BP, heart then Prescribed me some medication which made me improve within hours. They were brilliant. Very professional. Thank you 🙏

Cons: Location

Great place to stay with plenty of facilities

Pros: Second time we have stayed here and it remains an excellent choice, with easy access to the beach and also to other parts of the town. Big room with all the usual facilities including a very large fridge. Concierge able to organise transport, etc., if you want to visit sites on the island (we went in to Phuket city one evening). Staff all very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at night in either of the restaurants as there are many beachside food places and bars within a couple of minutes walk all serving good food. Breakfast options had a very large choice available including freshly cooked egg based dishes. Four good sized pools plus fitness / gym facilities – my wife participated in the daily aqua aerobics sessions and commented how good they were. Also good to see they followed through on promises to remove towels placed on sunbeds before 10am!.

Relax & Fun

Pros: Immersed in a magnificent garden the hotel is located right on a beautiful beach with an acceptable sea water. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is very good both quality and variety. Personnel was extremely polite and keen to help you. All in all …very good choice.

Great place to stay in Kamala.. It is a big hotel but only as high as a 2nd floor.

Pros: Good location, on the beach but also central to restaurants and shops. 4 pools, pool bars and 3 restaurant areas. Rooms are big and have everything you need. All staff were great and helpful. No early morning bed reserving allowed- thus was monitored. Adults only.

Cons: We ‘upgraded’ to get non ground floor room. Our friends stayed with ground floor and their room was actually nicer than ours- smaller room but bigger bathroom and nicer balcony

First class stay

Pros: Fantastic hotel, superb staff and extremely clean Will definitely return as the best hotel we’ve stayed in there 11/10

Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of health and fitness classes going on.

Pros: The location of hotel was excellent, right on the beach. Facilities were excellent, plenty of activities. Very clean hotel.

Cons: It’s only a small thing, but the WIFI was ‘unsecure’

Best hotel in Kamala!

Pros: Have been here 5 times, best hotel and beach. Love it, come back every year, just celebrated my 50th birthday here back for Christmas next year. Love the adults only, nice a quiet no kids.

Amazing stay in phuket

Pros: The team was polite and cooperative.. The location is wonderful in near the best Kamala beach. The food is extremely delicious and varient of Thai and intercontinental options. Amazing night market outside.

Cons: There is no private beach as its open to public..
