Amazing Place

Pros: Simply Exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff, the location, the quality of the whole resort. Worth it and would go back tomorrow. Seriously one of the best resorts that we have ever gone to. Make it happen!

Pros: Pool area very nice. Despite having one restaurant, food was excellent and varied in cuisine type. We were also upgraded to a room with a rooftop pool for free which was very kind and wonderful. Service was friendly but lacking in English (although other hotels we visited were the same).

Cons: Beach was made out to be a “club” they set up. Was a few basic beach chairs with umbrellas surrounded by mass. Access was walking along a drainage basin. Given the price rather disappointing. If the beach is important to you, stay elsewhere.

Pros: The crew at this hotel was the most charming that we met at our Thailand trip, specially Ulin from the front desk that help us a lot.

Just magical!

Pros: Our apartment was wonderful, gave us the space and privacy but in a hotel environment. Never felt too busy so felt very private. Love the pool, restaurant and staff were all so helpful and so kind. The shuttle service to the beach was also fantastic and so convenient .

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Maybe having more supplies/snacks or items in the shop would have been great.

Cons: the breakfast clearly needs significant improvement, especially concerning dietary restrictions: ​ Limited menu, especially for those with allergies. The extreme difficulty finding suitable options for an egg allergy, leaving me with only sourdough and Nutella. To be fair They offered me an avocado sourdough option. I didn't like it.

Beautiful location with unbeatable views.

Pros: The views and space were amazing. The villa was huge and you could not beat the view of the sea. The hotel food was really good. The staff are fantastic. The Thai night in the restaurant with traditional dancing was great and the kids got involved with help from the dancers which was really fun . The helpers in the villa were extremely nice. Khun O and Khun Aye.

Cons: One of the bedrooms smelled, and felt damp as the air conditioning was not working properly. Looks a little worn in places -such as the torn blinds in the bedroom . When travelling with kids it would be good to have access to a washing machine for washing clothes. This I would have expected in a 4 bed villa. The hotel laundry prices were extremely high so we sent out to a local laundry service that was very reasonable.
