Perfectly located spacious Private Villa

Pros: Spacious villa in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Bang Tao. 2 bedroom villa with pool and rooftop patio. Everything we needed for our 9 night trip. Could easily contact the reception staff via Whatsapp if we had any questions. Bonus was finding we had a laundry/utility room so we were able to wash and dry beach towels etc which was great. Property was landscaped well. Ideal location, at the entrance of the property there is an Italian restaurant, across the road a couple of cafes, you can turn one way to a new parade of shops, supermarkets and restaurants/cafes only a couple of minutes walk, the other way towards the beach took a little longer but again a plethora of hotels, restaurants, cafes and of course the beautiful 7km Beach.

Cons: There was a strong overpowering smell in the master bedroom and lounge/diner which we thought was coming from the air fresheners placed around the property, we promptly unplugged/switched them off but I don't believe on hindsight it was them, could have been whatever the property had been cleaned with. It did subside after 24 hours or so. Also after people had showered the toilets started to smell a bit in the second bathroom.

Pros: Private location with lovely plunge pool in garden. Villa was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Close to shops and the beach - very friendly staff and security team! Grab taxis and tuktuks available nearby. Good value for money - would stay here again :)

Fantastic

Pros: It was clean and comfortable a real piece of luxury to end our Thailand holiday. Eve was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us.

Pros: The place and staff were really nicethat, everything was fine.

Cons: cutting the tree at 9am on Sunday is a bit annoying

Pros: Super Villa in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage.. Maya Beach Club und Catch Beach Club alles sehr nahe.

Cons: Badezimmer bisschen alt

Ein sehr entspannter, ruhiger Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Villa mit viel Privatsphäre.

Pros: Die Unterkunft und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Privatsphäre und die entspannte Atmosphäre der Villa. Das absolute Highlight war der kleine private Pool – vor allem mit der Beleuchtung am Abend oder bei Nacht einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dennoch gut erreichbar.

Cons: Es gab kein klassisches Frühstücksangebot vor Ort, was für uns jedoch kein großes Problem war. Ohne Roller oder Auto ist der Weg zu Strand und Restaurants etwas länger, aber mit Grab oder TukTuk gut lösbar.

Pros: The residence felt more like an Airbnb than a traditional resort, as the neighbours were not guests and there was no reception area. That said, the staff were easy to communicate with and very helpful whenever we had questions. The property is a bit of a walk to get in and out of, so it would be more convenient for those with scooters or cars. However, it’s still possible to walk to the beach and the main bars and restaurants in about 20 minutes.

Pros: حجم الفيلا و الحووض ممتازين و الفيلا نظيفه و مرتبه و خدمه التنظيف ممتازه و يوميه و المطبخ مجهز بكل شي تقريبا كل شي موجوود

Cons: تقسيمه الفيلا مع الاطفال تعتبر مو حلوه لانه الصاله و المطبخ و غرفه و حمام بمبنى و غرفتين ماستر بره بروحهم يطلون على الحووض

Pros: Villa super agréable et bien équipée. Literie super. Service quotidien top. Lieu calme. Personnel super sympa et aux petits soins.
