A very nice place to stay while in Phuket Old Town.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is even a laundry service at the hotel and they get your clean neatly folded clothes back to you the next day. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfy bed and all the usual amenities you’d expect such as a mini fridge, toiletries plus there was a small balcony with a chair and table to sit at. Also there is coffee, tea and a variety of snacks and fruit at reception for guests to help themselves to. The hotel is just a 5-10 walk from the old town shops, restaurants and night market.

Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located close to the historic centre. Room are comfortable and clean. Staff are really kind and helpful

Great stay, Sunday night market is a must.

Pros: Great location 10 minutes to main old town. Clean rooms and hotel lift was a plus. Definitely take a short taxi journey to the nearby Chillva night market, it was one of the highlights of our stay.

Pros: Location ́s good 2 min walking n u are in the heart of old town. No 7eleven near though bear that in mind, there is a school like 100m away if u are a not a light sleeper it won’t bother u ( just in the morning). Room was confortable beds were good house keeping did their job , room’s very clean however : no closet to put ur clothes in so they were trapped all the time in my suitcase, the noise coming from the elevator also was problematic as my room was opposit to it, if u are far from it it’d be ok.But hey it’s phuket and all hotels are quite noisy; i consider this hotel to be quiter than many others. And there is the ac problem aswell. It turns off when u leave the room so when u be back at night it’s boiling inside xd ... but as soon as u turn it on wait few minutes and everything is good. They have Excellenet complimentary breakfast on lobby. In general it is a very good hotel with a very solid quality/price value

Pros: great location , walking distance to Phuket old town. The staffs are nice and warm welcome. 24 hr snacks corner.

Pros: The staff are helpful and courteous, super amazing laundry service and also have tour desk and tea, coffee and snacks in reception all the time. Rooms are very clean and are quiet - given it is right on the main road. The aircon works very well and is quiet. Convenient location for walking into old town while not being right in the middle of the noise.

Cons: Nothing major. As other people have already remarked about hot water etc that is consistent with the rest of Phuket's accommodation at this price range. But then again the climate is hot and very hot shower is not that important for me.

Pros: Location - walking distance to the old town (~600m). Room was nice and neat. Good value for money. Free cookies, toast and coffee / tea available at the lobby, which is a nice touch.
