Arco Phuket Town

Fantastic, really great staff and an extremely stylish clean hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic a wonderful choice of Thai and Western beautifully presented and delicious. Coffee was especially good.

Cons: Since we stayed for a week I would have liked less grand design and more practical space for storing suitcases, more drawer space for clothes and personally I would have preferred a closed wardrobe.

Pros: Beautiful interior, nice Pool. The staff was very helpful to organize our trip to the airport. We could stay longer for a low rate since our plane was leaving at night.

A good option as a stopover hotel

Pros: Very clean and modern hotel Staff were charming in every way A good location as a stop off night or to see the old town but not as a beach holiday

Cons: Shower was luke warm in the morning, no hot water Air conditioning was fierce and faced directly onto the bed, couldn’t work out how to make it less strong The hotel is noisy: both inside the hotel due to their being no soft furnishings in the hallways, and from the roads outside

Pros: Everything was perfect! Servis was amazing, rooms very clean and new ! Definitely would book again!

Pros: The hotel exceeded expectations. The design is absolutely stunning. Breakfast incredible. Staff welcoming and helpful. We got an upgraded room for which we can pass a big thanks. And the pool is a league of its own. I can highly recommend it to everyone staying in Phuket Town.

Pros: We stayed at Arco Phuket Town for two nights as a family of four (2+2) and it was a fantastic experience. Everything was at a very high level and exactly as described in the offer. The hotel's design is stunning and modern. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the outdoor pool - it’s beautiful and was a big hit with the children. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the charming Old Town. A special mention regarding the breakfast: it is served à la carte, but it’s absolutely delicious and very fresh. Even though it’s not a buffet, the portions are satisfying and you can definitely eat your fill. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for more!

Cons: Shampoo and body soap can be improved - need to be more foamy.

Excellent hotel and staff

Pros: Clean and beautiful hotel in the centre of Phuket town, close to all shops, restaurants and even clinic. The room was clean and big with balcony. The pool was also clean. The staff at the hotel and their customer service was excellent. Highly recommended stay.

Pros: The location is really good and this hotel gives a vibe of a luxury boutique hotel

Cons: No waiters were coming at the pool, I think if one could come check every hour or so it would make it even nicer
