Pros: Very comfortable room with great view and possibility to open windows all the way. This made it comfortable to stay in the room during the day. Tip: ask to stay on one of the higher floors!

Cons: Restaurant with off tune singer and the swimming pool, but that was clear from the photos. Wifi also didn’t work at all times in the room.

Pros: Breakfast at Pearl Hotel Phuket was fair. It was served as an open buffet with a balanced selection of local Thai dishes alongside standard Western options. The variety was adequate for most preferences, though not extensive. Overall, it was a decent and convenient breakfast, without standing out as a highlight of the stay.

Cons: We requested an iron to prepare our clothes, but one could not be provided on New Year’s Eve. The staff explained it was unavailable at that time, which was inconvenient given the occasion, though the explanation was polite.

Enjoyable Phuket trip

Pros: location was great, walking distance to Phuket Old Town. Also had free car park

Cons: The house keeping could be better. Don't understand wrong, the room was very clean, but first day they forgot to top-up the shower gel and cotton buds, next day forgot to top-up the coffee capsules. Small things, but inconvenient.

Amazing location in Old Town Phuket!

Pros: Location is amazing. Also, very friendly staff. House cleaning even put our flipflops neatly next to our bed.

Cons: The shower could have used a replacement. And it takes a long time before water to get hot.

Pros: It was a very nice pleasant stay. Close to Phuket old town and also my favourite restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this place. I will come back here again.
