Overall good experience

Pros: Hotel was lovely, pool area was great, gym good. Clean and comfortable, I was happy with my stay overall!

Cons: At first we were a little disappointed as a large conference was being held at the hotel and we felt that the conference took priority over other guests. The restaurant was closed for non-conference guests and we were waiting a long time for lifts as these seemed to be constantly used by the large number of conference guests. This was slightly disappointing, but once the conference finished, this situation improved. All other aspects of the hotel were lovely.

Pros: Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Town hospitality was excellent, communication with staff was easy and their suggestions were spot on. The hotel is in the best possible location, it is very comfortable, while its aesthetics make it stand out. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
