Very nice hotel!!

Pros: Location is very convenient, close to Phuket town and Bus terminal. Nearby to alot of shops to discover. They provide bottles of water, coffee & tea every day. Very clean and staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons: It does have lift, which isn't very convenient for people with disabilities.

Clean modern hotel, walking distance to old town area

Pros: Very helpful receptionist who spoke perfect English. Good communication. She contacted me via what’s app as reception closes at 6.00pm. Lovely clean modern rooms. Area next to reception with microwave and water if needed. Hotel very close to bus station so can take bus from airport. Hotel is opposite large Royal Phuket Hotel. Not far to walk to old town area.

Cons: No lift and we were on 4th floor top floor. Receptionist explained heritage buildings are not allowed lifts.

Pros: Excellent quality rooms, spacious modern and clean. A great location within a few minutes walk of the Old Town Would recommend to anyone for a few days stay in Phuket.

Cons: Breakfast option next door was a basic Thai cafe, ok but not Great

Perfect hotel if you wish to visit Phuket Old Town

Pros: This hotel was in a great location, was nicely styled, very comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast provided next door was oily and didn’t offer healthy options such as fruit etc the food is okay but not to my liking

A beautiful brand new place with a fantastic host!

Pros: The host (Opal) was incredible in every way possible! This is a gorgeous, brand new place that is well-appointed. The shower was great, with lots of pressure & hot water & it was an actual separate shower! There was a water cooler/heater in the beautiful, airy room by the lobby with a microwave & several tables & chairs, which was a wonderful idea. Decent sized little fridge. Comfortable beds with thick comforters. Great A/C The negative ion hairdryer was amazing to the point I ordered one for home! We needed to change our money, & Opal made a call @ 9:00 PM & a guy came over within minutes & gave us a great rate as well! The location is only about a 10 minute walk to beautiful Old Town & the Sunday walking street where there are lots of restaurants. You can rent a motorbike right next door (that guy is also the one that changes money) I'd definitely book again!

Cons: The Wifi was so-so. No window in our room (some other rooms have windows). There was a musty smell starting on the 2nd floor which was stronger on the 3rd floor. We mentioned this to Opal & suggested a dehumidifier would probably help & she got one to us within the hour & that took the smell out of our room. We also found the dehumidifier setting on the A/C which I'm sure helped as well. There isn't any elevator which could have been a problem, however Opal immediately grabbed our suitcases & carried them up for us, & also helped bring them down! It's located on a fairly main road with a huge hotel across the road, & there isn't a lot of restaurants etc. right close by to choose from, the little one almost next door was pretty awful.

It was a good stay for not much money, the staff was very friendly and helpful

Pros: The Location, it was just a 10-15 Minutes walk away from old town centre and not as touristic as i thought

Cons: the Street was very loud through the windows

We had lovely stay. Home away from home.

Pros: The nearby restaurants offered very good Thai food and were very welcoming.

Cons: The staircase is very steep. I was staying in room 305. The elevator would have made the experience a lot better.

A high standard hotel that’s perfect for a couple of nights in Phuket old town.

Pros: Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great service and comfortable beds.

Cons: Sound from the streets are noticeable but it’s not unbearable.

Pros: Super Lage nah zur Old Town, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und unkomplizierter Check-In/Check-Out.
