Pros: Excellent hotel with perfect location near Ton Sai Pier. The air-cooling pump was a great added benefit in the hotell room.

Cons: No elevator but we managed well without it :)

Decent central hotel right in the middle of everything.

Pros: This is a very central hotel. Right in the middle of everything. A bit dated but doesn't ruin your stay. Great view from Room 509. Air con quiet. Didn't use the pool, only 6 sunbeds though. Breakfast is decent with fresh fruit and an egg station. Beach is 5 mins away. Very busy with day trippers. Go early or go late.

Cons: Nothing really.

Really nice place to stay at Phi Phi

Pros: Perfect location (very central, but quiet). Nice pool, friendly staff and delicious breakfeast!!!

Pros: The location, ambience, cleanliness and the convenience of access to every facility you need.

Cons: The reception staff were arrogant, which is unlikely in Thailand. But the other support staff were super sweet and friendly.

Perfect location and excellent service with a great family-friendly pool, but the rooms are outdated, poorly soundproofe

Pros: The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes from the pier and surrounded by great cafés and restaurants. The pool area is excellent, with a separate section for kids and a larger sun-filled pool for adults, which our family really enjoyed. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons: However, the rooms and interior areas are in need of renovation, and the walls are extremely thin with almost no sound insulation, including in the bathroom. We also booked a partial sea view room, but the main view was mostly rooftops and drying laundry. Overall, the location and service are strong highlights, but improvements to the rooms would significantly enhance the experience.

When considering a nice clean hotel close to the pier, this is probably the best option
