Perfect if you want a cheap stay

Pros: This place deserves to be rated higher, it is perfectly practical for a few nights stay in Phi Phi. It’s located within easy walking distance to everything on the island, it was clean, comfortable and check in / out process was very straightforward. It is very basic but you do get what you pay for, but the addition of a balcony made it a very nice stay.

Cons: Although the fan in the room is very efficient, the room and bathroom do get really hot and stuffy with no aircon but we didn’t really find this an issue if you keep the fan near the bed when you’re sleeping. The street outside is very noisy until early hours of the morning but since Phi Phi is quite a small, lively island I imagine this would be an issue for most properties/areas.

Pros: This place isn’t appreciated enough - We got to stay in the heart of Phi Phi for an affordable price! Our balcony sat above the bustling streets and we loved kicking back / people watching. The fan kept us cool in the night - it was comfortable and safe! The room is great for the price - yes the bathroom is a little different to most but is that really going to affect your stay on this beautiful island? Take the deal and enjoy the island!! We did <3

Pros: The people that owned it always had a smile on their face

Cons: I was there for four nights and my room never got cleaned

Pros: friendly staff. good location close to everything needed. Good facilities. Aircon. Balcony. Free tea.

Cons: Lots of music and noise the whole night. Steep staircase to first floor. Difficult to climb when you have a big luggage.

Pros: The place is very good location, it is basic but had everything that I needed, private bathroom, balcony, good price

Cons: I could not use the wifi, really it was very slow

Pros: Удобное местоположение, чистый номер, есть вода, кондиционер и несколько полотенец

Cons: Нет фумигатора в номере, считаю, в тропиках в каждом номере должны быть средства от Комаров. Розетки все не держат блоки, выпадают

Pros: En relación al precio me pareció que está super bien para estar en phi phi, la habitación era grande y tenía un balcón, la habitación donde estuvimos tenía solo un ventilador, pero estuvo muy bien. Tienes que cerrar la puerta del balcón para que no se metan los monitos en la mañana, me gustó mucho!

Cons: Como es muy céntrico puedes escuchar mucho ruido de la calle ya que está justo frente a un 7-eleven, pero en lo personal no me molestó.
