Very nice

Pros: Everything was good I loved the spacious room and it had a great set up

Cons: I was extremely disappointed that they reuse the slippers in the room l thought they were complimentary so I decided to take them home with me upon departure l was told that I had to pay for them so l gave them back

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Clean Pool. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Cons: The beach front suites are very very noisy in the evening/night. I had to use ear plugs in order to sleep.

Pros: -extremely nice and helpful staff -good looking interior -great location right in the heart of Patong and right on the beach (attention: take into consideration that the location is VERY noisy and crowded; also, the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for chairs on the beach)

Cons: -very limited options for breakfast and almost the same every day (certainly not a decent breakfast for a 4-star hotel) -dirty bathroom -safe not working in the room

Pros: Lovely hotel with great staff who went out of their way to solve any problem you had. Lovely spacious room cleaned every day to a very high standard. Overall a great hotel in a very central area.

Cons: I didn't use the hotel as much as I could have therefore don't think I got good value for my money. Like all of the other comments, do not get a room at the front of the hotel if you are not a sound sleeper ( this didn't bother me but I can understand why some people were complaining)

Pros: Very helpful staff, very clean hotel, excellent location and very nice new year's party. Really a pleasure to stay here. I am already considering re-booking for 2026.

Cons: Nearby Marijuana shops are very unpleasant...... the stink of weed ..... please get rid of this stinky poison...... big negative in my opinion..... most of the world has moved on from smoking.

Little noisy but beautiful vibe in evening. Work more on breakfast.

Pros: Staff is really great and helpful especially Pam and the two female managers overall all of them tried their best for the guests to feel good

Cons: Very noisy location and this is not the hotel fault. Bad situation of the bars in front of the hotel especially dr.Weed is not good for families. Otherwise great place to stay if you go to party but not appropriate for families.
