Perfect beachfront hotel off the main walkways, if you don’t mind after hours drum and bass!

Pros: Property was clean and well maintained. Perfect location at the end of the beach. Choice of 2 pools, access to the beachfront, and great sized room. And the staff were excellent - always very helpful.

Cons: Like many other travellers have already mentioned, the mattress was off the scale hard - like sleeping on a wooden plank. Also, the music from surrounding bars after hours couldn’t be escaped and didn’t finish until 2am. Wouldn’t stay here again for those 2 reasons.

Great hotel right at the beach!

Pros: We received a free upgrade to a garden villa which was amazing.

Cons: The pool pumps were not working so on the surface it was all sorts of sunscreen and stuff floating.

Cons: Charging even for the towel or water which is a basic necessity to provide.

Pros: Very polite and honest staff. I forgot my Rado wrist watch in the safety vault. It was delivered to me at Ton Sai pier, Phi phi Island. Appreciate their honesty towards customers.

Great option for Phi Phi

Pros: First of all as soon as we arrived off the boat to Phi Phi we were greeted by one of the staff who was waiting for us to take our luggage. We weren’t expecting this and it was great! We stayed in the Garden view villa. What was great: Oversized room, new TVs, quality bathrooms. Very helpful staff who were also very kind. The receptionist recommended us a speed boat tour to Maya Bay which was amazing and one of the main highlights of my Thai trip. We visited in late July and the property seemed quiet which was great.

Cons: I found the beds quite firm and a bit uncomfortable, otherwise I can’t fault the place.
