A great stay in a prime location in phi phi! Recommend

Pros: To be honest, the accommodation across phi phi is a little bit overpriced and dated. But not jong’s. It is in a wonderful location, rooms are clean and modern (especially compared to several others I have stayed in), price was fair. Would 100% stay here again! Air con worked a treat!

Cons: 12 checkout but would be nicer but all good

Pros: Amazing location. Newly refurbed bedroom. Even included beach towels and a beach bag for the beach - great addition!! Very clean, COMFY bed! Not even a minute walk to the beach. Loved it.

Pros: The location is really good, close to everything and the room was new and comfortable

Cons: There are some insects and cockroaches in the bathroom, Very bad musty smell from the toilet bidet if you use it

Great stay

Pros: Amazing location, very clean (and you don’t usually find this in many locations on the island), the room seems quite new, A/C working great, extremely friendly staff, amenities (you can get a beach towel and bag).

Cons: The rooms are quite small, but were just right for what we needed (had enough space for our luggage) and did not spend much time in the room anyway.

Pros: Perfect central location, within metres of many restaurants and bars, beds were comfy enough and water pressure was good. Friendly staff

Cons: At night the music doesn’t stop until after midnight but we went out at the night time so it wasn’t an issue for us but if you aren’t one to go out at night I wouldn’t recommend unless you have some earplugs 😅

Friendly, happy, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Newly renovated with nicely sized rooms, it’s clean and the aircon actually blows cold air. Quite rare for Phi Phi! The bed was comfy, the TV worked and there was ample space for luggage and hanging clothes. There was even enough plug sockets! The receptionist was very sweet and always has a big smile, and so were the cleaning staff. Everyone was welcoming. The view from the room wasn’t too bad either. Location is superb. In the middle of everything and easily accessible. But from the port, it’s a bit of a trek especially when you have bags and it’s your first time on the island. Don’t hesitate to take a trolley person to help you though. Coco Bella resort is next door and they have loads of guys waiting with plaques and trollies, just grab one of them. Trolley guys are usually honest and won’t rip you off so don’t worry about being scammed. We paid our guy £3-4 which is nothing considering the distance. You’re helping local people too and not just the big brands.

Cons: There is no lift, although just two flights of stairs and low railings. The water pressure wasnt great in bathroom but that’s just Phiphi . There were slippers in the room but they were used by the previous occupants. Noise levels outside the hotel reached epic levels due to rowdy tourists. The hotel cannot be blamed for this but tourists should consider that there are families living on the island with children. You should enjoy your holiday but not at the expense of others. Please be mindful folks.

Great location with kind staff

Pros: Location and staff. Very helpful and friendly owner. The room was perfect for this short stay. In front of the Guesthouse , there is a restaurant CocoBella offering Thai, Italian and Mexican meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Premium place with deliceous food and very good espresso.

Cons: No room cleaning and towel change during our 3 days
