Enjoyable Stay
Pros: Accommodation is located in a quiet area, very peaceful at night. The living room and bedrooms had air conditioning and were clean and tidy. What appear to be almost new washing and refrigeration appliances in the kitchen. Liked the outdoor space which also included a shaded car parking area, and the area above the car parking which had fantastic views of the hills around the area. As we had a car, the location was not an issue for us, but without a car it may feel a little isolated, although Grab cars are plentiful and relatively cheap. It was however extremely close to our daughters accommodation which was less than 5 minutes drive away. Any queries sent to our hosts were responded to extremely quickly.
Cons: The kitchen would benefit from the units being refreshed as they do look a little tired, but that said, it was definitely functional and we used it for making breakfasts and lunches. The shower area in the bathroom and the sink would benefit from a deep clean as there was a lot of black residue in the grouting/sealant - again, it didn't affect the functionality of the bathroom, but it didn't give a particularly cared for impression. Relatively minor points that given the space of the accommodation and it's tranquil location were extremely good.

Pros: a quiet place in a local village. a great place to relax if you want peace and quiet and close to the forest. The house is very clean. Everything is very convenient. Great neighbors. The hostess and the homekeeper provide everything you need. Everything is homely. The best wishes for the hostess.
Cons: Far away from the infrastructure for walking distance, but for some it will be a plus. 5 minutes away driving there are beautiful Italian restaurants, a large shopping center where there is absolutely everything. The village has a small market and a couple of cafes.

Great place away from the very busy main tourist centre of Phuket.
Pros: We were visiting our son and his girlfriend who live in the neighbourhood so the location was great for us. The house is clean and nicely presented with good quality furniture, beds are comfortable, the lounge and bedrooms each have an air con unit. There's a fab French restaurant close by and a shop within walking distance. The host was responsive.

Pros: It is a quiet place where you can rest ❤️, it is a house where you have everything like at home!Good shower,kitchen and close to everything .I booked for 2 nights and directly booked again for 8 more nights !

Pros: Очень понравилось место. Сразу понимали, что далеко от моря, но тут цена-качество абсолютно соблюдено. Взяли машину в прокат, ездили на пляж, посмотрели основные достопримечательности. Всё было чисто. Мы были с ребенком и там для него было автокресло, куча игрушек, бестактно стульчик. Вообще чувствовалась забота о гостях: москитных сетки в туалете, шкафчики там, где нужны. Сушилка, стиралка. Большие кровати, матрасы очень хорошие, качественное постельное белье и подушки. Большой телевизор. Также было два нюанса при заселение, но хозяин их мигом устранил, был на связи. Хаускипер также очень приветливый и милый.

Pros: Понравилось все! Это место для любителей тишины и покоя, вдали от суеты. Вечером можно наблюдать за звёздами, а утром спать в тишине, под щебетание птиц. Наличие стиральной и сушильной машины большой плюс, в жарком климате.! Аренда машины решает все вопросы с перемещением в любую точку Пхукета. Хозяин всегда был на связи и быстрой помогал решить наши вопросы. Спасибо Khun May за гостеприимство!!!

Рекомендую для тех кто хочет объездить весь пхукет, как мы.
Pros: Собственный дом, чистый дом. Есть всё самое необходимое. Очень вежливый хозяин. Две комнаты, в жизни дом лучше чем не фото. Тишина, никаких тусовок, всё спокойно. Отличный интернет. Есть стиралка и сушка. В общем, рекомендую! Никаких насекомых в доме.
Cons: Чуть-чуть бы сделать ремонт в ванной комнате. Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, но если у вас есть машина, или заказывать такси на 4-х, то никаких проблем. Низкая цена компенсирует траты на такси. При этом дом находится в середине пхукета и в любую точку очень удобно ехать. Рядом есть кафе европейское и тайское.
