Quality Beach Resorts and Spa Patong

A good hotelexperience!

Pros: Very good location. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Nice quiet room with poolaccess. The pool wasn’t big but sufficient for our needs.

Great stay, enjoyable, would stay again IF beds replaced with softer ones.

Pros: The location and the attention to detail. All staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was nice. The room was quiet at night as at the rear of property.

Cons: Just one thing, this is the reason I marked down for “comfort”…. My bed was hard as a rack, sadly it was some ultra firm posturepedic bed, which for me is totally wrong as I prefer and have a deep plush mattresses First night was slept on the couch as it was way too hard, a mattress topper as supplied next day however this was quite thin and didn’t help. I had to remove the quilt cover and fold in half and wrap myself in it like a sleeping bag, this helped . I really woke recommend replacing with more “comfortable” beds as this at the time kinda of peeved me off.

Pros: The room was lovely, staff were lovely, the whole hotel decor was awesome, all in all it's a little gem in the middle of patong

Perfect central location for exploring Patong but set back from street and so was quiet.

Pros: Fantastic central location for exploring Patong. Set back off the street and so was quiet but had easy access to beach 2 minutes walk away.

Pros: Location is great! Close to everything and quiet as it is set back from the main street. Staff is friendly. Pool is nice and refreshing after a day at the beach. There is a little pool bar. Breakfast served on the rooftop, quite charming with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Good selection of food plus an egg station. Room service available and spa on sight. Room was a good size, clean and well maintained. Bed was big and the choice of pillows fantastic. Would definitely consider booking here again.

Cons: Booked a room with a balcony. The balcony faced a wall. Good for drying clothes but if one is expecting a view, there is none.

I’d stay here again if I’m in patong.

Pros: Its perfect location. Near to patong road and the beach is across the road . The best thing about this hotel. It's so quiet even though it's near the hassle area.its a zen hotel. If you looking for a peaceful night sleep. Staff is super friendly and so helpful. The rooms are spacious. Iam definitely staying there always.
