Knowing that I travelled alone, I felt very safe for my entire week.

Pros: I loved that the staffs were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Cons: The place and also the staffs are wonderful. My only issue was that they could hardly understand me at times when I speak English.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Great Service

Pros: Excellent Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Great Service I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment throughout. Around the pool, there were always sunbeds available, which made relaxing easy and enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good selection of options, catering to different tastes. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which really enhanced the overall experience. Only a 15 minute walk into Patong. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

Cons: Lovely Hotel, But Smoking Was an Issue The hotel itself was lovely, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, one of my biggest dislikes was the smoking policy. Guests were allowed to smoke around the pool areas, which made it difficult to find a relaxing space for non-smokers. We also noticed that some people smoked weed freely, and unfortunately, the smell lingered around the property. On a couple of occasions, the odor even came into our room from guests smoking on the balcony below. While the hotel has many positives, a designated non-smoking area and stricter enforcement of smoking rules would greatly improve the experience for non-smoking guests.

Pros: Liked the ambience, the facilities and the delicious breakfast that changed daily. Having a shuttle drop off and pick up from patong was also handy.

Great and would recommend for a peaceful stay.

Pros: Our room was exceptional, clean and comfortable with an amazing AC unit which is much appreciated. The rest of the property was great too. No issues and exactly as described.

Cons: There wasn’t anything i didn’t like about the property.
