Pros: Everything was as advertised and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was kept clean and the hotel is in a nice location - not far from the beach but not near a busy street.

Good affordable stay

Pros: While the accommodations are simple and compact, the hotel’s position is its biggest selling point. Having the beach in sight as soon as you exit, along with a 7-Eleven and various dining options just around the corner, makes for a very convenient stay.

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Air condition was new so the room was cold all the time despite the hot weather and that my room was in the last floor. Heating system was providing always hot water when you wanted to have a shower. Reception was 24/7.

Cons: Unfortunately something I didn’t like was that there was no privacy in the balcony. The balcony was not decided into every room but it was common for all 3 rooms so if someone of another room was in a balcony could come in front of your room and look inside. Another thing was that near of the hotel was a Muslim temple which is fine but all day long and midnight you were hearing fast prayers which maybe upset your sleep. Rooms could be a bit more clean.

Pros: Good location, good property for the price, friendly staff, I extended my stay by 2 weeks (3 weeks in total) and will be back when I visit Phuket again.

Pros: Location was a bit far (20 min walk) but it was also nice as it wasn’t too loud at night. Lots of cute friendly cats and local thai families around. Had a pool table so there was somewhere to chill. Bedrooms were fine - however we had some issues with our toilet but that was easily fixed. Would recommend.

Pros: Location was really good. Five minutes walk to Kalim beach and about 15 minutes to Patong beach. There was also 7/11 right there plus massage center. Neighbourhood was quiet and good. Staff was really friendly and helped us with the things we needed. You also have many cats here :)

Yet another wonderful experience

Pros: Excellent value for money; very secluded location, just off the beaten track. Wonderful staff: so very polite as one would expect from Thai people. Would definitely go back if it suits our itinerary. Absolutely wonderful meeting the locals and engaging with them ; this is what really makes our holidays so special. Why pay for an expensive hotel when you don’t plan to stay in it ? We thought we’d try the cheaper option and we were not disappointed at all .

Cons: All we wanted was a very basic room and that’s exactly what we got .. there was nothing we didn’t like about the place.

Stayed for 2 nights, got a room for 3 comfortable beds and good air on

Pros: The room was comfortable, friendly staff, good baggage storage, fridge in the room

Cons: There wasn’t any windows in our room except the sliding door into the hallway

Pros: I like the location it was near the beach and accessible

Cons: The room is not noise proof specially if you are near the elevator.

Overall a good place to stay.

Pros: Clean and comfortable and quiet location just out of Patong.

Cons: No chairs in room
