Andamantra Resort and Villa Phuket

It was a good stay and loved our room however can be more maintained to improve

Pros: The room was very spacious and we had an ocean front view. The sunsets were visible from our room, and housekeeping was everyday. There was a 7/11 next to the resort and a few restaurants nearby. The beach was right in front of the resort and was convenient if we wanted to swim. Towels were provided if we wanted to swim in the pool.

Cons: Downside of this resort was that our room was further away from the lobby and we had to wait a while for the shuttle bus, most times we gave up waiting and just walked down to the lobby. The resort was a bit of a walk from the main area, and the roads were extremely busy so can be scary to walk along the road. There was a gym, pool table, and badminton facility however it wasn’t maintained well and old equipment.

Pros: Incredible pools, good food, nice staff and placement was good - not too close to the city, not too far away.

Cons: People reserve sunbeds with towels before the pool even opens and bring their own speakers but staff doesn’t act despite this being against the rules and disturbs other guests.

Pros: We got the room view very nice just the intercom phone not working when i want to contact lobby for buggy pickup etc. Staff polite just certain staff need to improve their english. Had very good trip with site seeing n island hoping...

Cons: The room phone not working n reported many times and took so long too fix it but endup cannot repair... Difficult for me when need buggy pickup..

Amazing ! Great stay

Pros: The hotel was stunning !!!! The pool area was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you so pleased will deffo book again ! The food was lovely and would accommodate food options if u couldn’t find something on the menu that you liked.

Cons: The property is quite far from the main strip of about 10-15 minute walk how ever we didn’t mind this as it was quite of a night and a lovely beach out front . However if u like to be right by the main strip this hotel isn’t for you but we absolutely loved it♥️

Gorgeous resort villas

Pros: Gorgeous resort villas! Golf cart to drop & collect you from your room 24 hours per day. 3 on site pools, ocean views, good breakfast and great location.

Pros: Good view from the room. Hotel provides a shuttle service up the steep hill to the room. Clean facilities and cleaned every day Friendly staff.

Cons: Two single beds to make a double making the middle uncomfortable. Toilet door didn't work Construction from 10 - 8pm. Letter provided by Hotel 1 day after arrival. Construction right next to the pool. Lack of organisation with the shuttle. Not all guests understand the concept of queuing so we ended up walking to the room on occasions where there was lots of large groups looking for the shuttle as it felt like whoever could force their way on first.

Pros: The location , room setting , Deardeer the hotel manager who was helpful , clean rooms also efficient staff when asked to bring room items etc . Close amenities /food options

Cons: Breakfast was not so good as we ended up with food poisoning , the food some of it was cold when it was supposed to be hit considering it was buffet .

Pros: It was like an army barracks very on a hill shuttle bus takes you from and to your room very slow If you have to go out, you need to leave 30 minutes before juat to get to the mean road If you are going out on checkout time, the shuttles are busy and good luck to get your turn
