Great location friendly staff

Pros: Great location only 10 mins walk from Patong Beach . Friendly helpful staff . Tucked away but close to all.

Very good

Pros: Location is perfect! Although on arrival we had to pay 1000baht deposit which we got back after we checked out and the room inspection was completed

Cons: Some linen had stains on it

Great stay

Pros: Great location but faraway from Patong beach( walking on street, not safe) small beach across the street but very noisy from street and restaurant nearby. Staff friendly, welcoming people, food exceptional - lots of fresh fruits at breakfast. Clean room, they provide towels for beach - big plus. Overall great experience for the first time in Phuket .

Pros: Everything was good, can say a bad word, room is fantasic, good location, nice staff, nice smaller beach is 3m walk, the patong beach is around 6-7m walk, highly recomment the smaller one much nicer, everything you need is in 2m walk.

Amazing would definitely come back

Pros: Everything about this stay was amazing we had one lovely man who always presented us with a lovely smile and was always happy we would like to thank him for helping us and being so nice and lovely! The location for us was perfect it was just absolutely amazing we was taken back by the whole thing !!

Pros: The place is huge do there are rooms with nice views and some without. We received the second chance :(. The room is very big and comfortable but the balcony was very small.

Cons: A little bit far away from Patong beach like 10 minutes walk without sidewalks until the start of the beach not in the center. The traffic is huge even in the night. The price is high for the offer. But this is a common issue in Thailand.

Pros: Reasonable property for the price - comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Air conditioning worked really well.

Pros: Location was perfect 👌 and staff were so helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast selection was good.

Cons: The mattresses were very firm. Not comfortable unfortunately.
